I had an extremely poor experience with worldtraveler.com, and am currently working through my credit card company to resolve the matter and return the merchandise.

They charged my credit card quite promptly, then provided no more information on the order status despite emails and telephone calls over 12 days.

After 12 days, I cancelled the order. Still no response from worldtraveler.com, until the order showed up 10 days later.

I then attempted to return the merchandise (having meanwhile ordered it from another merchant), but after 25 days have received no response to my requests for a return authorization number. (They allow 30 days after delivery for return.)
