web provided good service and was understandable--had hoped to get blinds faster but we were advised quickly of ship date and it was met. Had one valance that was damaged during packing and we sent e-mail to your customer care group and they sent us a replacement in a matter of days. overall satisfaction is excellent from us.

My experience with yourblinds.com was excellent. Great selection, quick shipping, outstanding customer service, and all three vertical blinds I've ordered so far have fit like a glove. Plan on ordering some horizontal faux woods for my kitchen from them soon.

I have been pleased with my shopping experience at YourBlinds.com. Shipping was fast and free. Communications as to order status, shipment dates and answering questions was fast and accurate. There was a problem with my order but the problem was addressed immediately by customer service. I will buy from YourBlinds.com again.

I was most satisfied with the order. Sales person was most crucial in booking my order. She went out of the way to educate me so that I was able to place correct order and made the right choices. I know that she spent a lot of time on the phone with me before I finalized my order. She had my full trust and that is why I ordered through her. To summarize:
1. Excellent delivery speed.

I was initially skeptical about ordering something as potentially problematic as blinds from YourBlinds.com because I had never heard of them before. I had ordered from Smith + Noble in the past, but YourBlinds had better prices. After doing some online research, I decided to go with YourBlinds and I was not disappointed! The only thing that was maybe a bit sketchy was the discount offered... it was not applied immediately as most websites do, but I only had to contact a rep once and it was taken care of. Once we received the blinds there were some problems due to my error, but YourBlinds did a fantastic job working with me and providing solutions. Thanks!

I ordered some sample swatches from Yourblinds and got them them pretty quick. I found it quite helpful. Other than that, it was easy to follow the directions and measure for my blinds. Although it said it can take up to 4 weeks to ship I received my blinds within 2 weeks and they arrived in perfect condition and were exactly what I ordered. Very good quality, I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with YourBlinds. The lady I've dealt with on the telephone has been very friendly, helpful, and diligent. I had a question about the color I ordered and she immediately got the information and called me back. When the blinds arrived, some parts were missing for the valance. I called and she said she'd take care of it right away. She called me back in just a few minutes to let me know what she had done and what I could expect. I will definitely recommend YourBlinds - either ordering by internet or telephone. Customer service is so rare these days that it is almost exciting when I find it, but YourBlinds is one of the rare businesses that seems to have it.

If youre shopping for blinds or window treatments, I strongly recommend purchasing from YourBlinds.com. Their customer service is outstanding. My purchase was the Hunter Douglas power tilt blinds for a home office. The custom made blinds arrived about 1wk after my online purchase, and were well packaged to survive the shipping. After the installation, I realized I needed a polarity cable, since I requested the cords be on opposite ends of both blinds, which put the tilt motors on opposite ends too. Their email response was within minutes, and I had the special cable in two days! When I have to purchase blinds again in the future, there wont be any shopping around for me, as Ill buy exclusively from them. For my own company, I make many online purchases each year, from a wide variety of online stores. Ive grown to not expect much from customer service most of the time. However, YourBlinds.com is definitely outstanding in the crowd.

It was refreshing to speak to someone who was "real". The professionalism and personal "touch" I rec'd is proof that good customer service people are left in this world. Customer service was helpful initially in directing me to a subset of products that would meet my needs. The online order was accurately filled. However when the blinds arrived, there was a manufacturing defect in 4 out of 5 of them. Customer service was once again helpful in working with the manufacturer to arrange replacements. I dealt with two different customer service reps over the course of my order, and they were both very nice and quite helpful. The replacement blinds are just perfect!

I was very impressed with Your Blinds. The website was easy to navigate and any questions I had beyond it were promptly and informatively answered by the friendly staff at Your Blinds. I would (and have) shopped with Your Blinds again. I have shopped with others in the past, but Your Blinds is now my first choice.
