What a great experience! The measuring instructions made me confident I was doing it right, filling out the order form was foolproof (lots of encouraging instructions) and the product was perfect. Each carton had corner reinforcement inside and out, the blinds were labeled for each window and packed gently in foam. I put off installing them because I dreaded the process but it was literally 10 minutes per blind -- drill four holes and snap in the blind and valance. They are crisp and perfectly fit and immaculate. I literally have never been more satisfied with an online shopping experience.

If youre shopping for blinds or window treatments, I strongly recommend purchasing from YourBlinds.com. Their customer service is outstanding. My purchase was the Hunter Douglas power tilt blinds for a home office. The custom made blinds arrived about 1wk after my online purchase, and were well packaged to survive the shipping. After the installation, I realized I needed a polarity cable, since I requested the cords be on opposite ends of both blinds, which put the tilt motors on opposite ends too. Their email response was within minutes, and I had the special cable in two days! When I have to purchase blinds again in the future, there wont be any shopping around for me, as Ill buy exclusively from them. For my own company, I make many online purchases each year, from a wide variety of online stores. Ive grown to not expect much from customer service most of the time. However, YourBlinds.com is definitely outstanding in the crowd.

I just ordered from them again. So far, we've done 8 rooms with YourBlinds. The service is always friendly, and they have every brand you'd be interested in at phenomenal prices (at least 30% below local retail!) with no shipping and no tax (unless you live in Texas). At this point, all of our rooms have window treatments, but when it comes time to upgrade you can bet we'll be ordering from YourBlinds.com. I recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.
Oh, I probably ought to mention that I've generally been happier with the Comfortex products than the Hunter Douglas products. My motorized HD products have required factory service twice in less than a year (which is totally HD's fault -- YourBlinds is very helpful with factory service requests). I'm also a big fan of the Comfortex radio remote control. Once you get past their lousy documentation, it is a lot more convenient than the HD IR control.

My blinds are awful! I ordered custom blinds. Doesn't that mean that I needed CUSTOM? The blinds I received were for standard size windows. If that is what I had wanted, I could have gone to Home Depot. They didn't even offer to send me the correct size blinds as ordered!!!!! Or to give me my money back. I will never use this company again! When I tried to alleviate the problem, the e-chat girl only asked if I wanted someone to call. If I bothered to express my dissatisfaction, don't you think that the question would have been moot! YES, I wanted someone to call me! Also, when I received my blinds, one set had a twisted cord that made one of the levers not lay straight. Another set I had to physically fix because it had been damaged during shipment. And yet another set will not open or close. My overall experience is not a good one. MANAGEMENT...FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!!! Or is complaining to opinion poll the only way I will get satisfaction? If you want to continue my business, and keep me from trashing your company across the internet, please make this wrong a right!

I have been extremely pleased with my purchases from YourBlinds.com. I found the website to be very easy to navigate. Their prices are incredible. The turnaround time is super fast and their customer service is terrific.
I've ordered four 2" wood blinds (Hunter Douglas-Chalet)and have been very happy with the products. One of my blinds arrived with the wrong type of tilt (strings instead of wand) and 1/2" too short. The exchange/repair
process was very easy and hassle free.
I would definitely recommend this company and do plan to use them in the future for my window covering needs.

We received our blinds this morning and my husband just finished installing them. We are so happy with how they look. I was very nervous placing this online order in case there was a problem or issue. Well, everything went smooth. Also, I think your online ordering system is very easy to follow. It is easy to navigate through the different screens. By the time we finish ordering the remaining blinds from you, we will have saved over $700 based on a designer's estimate of the exact same blinds and features.

Ordering was easy. I had requested samples to be sure of color match. The samples were shipped very quickly. My full blinds order (for 4 windows) was shipped within a week. Merchandise was exactly what I ordered and installation was a breeze. A local retailer had quoted me $2500 for the exact same order, but with YourBlinds I only paid $600. Fabulous savings! I will recommend this online retailer and will use them again in the future.

Easy and Smooth from Time Order was Placed to Delivery of Blinds

I was very pleased with the entire process from order entry to the delivery at our door.
Our blinds arrived much sooner that the 3 weeks we initially thought.
Our Blinds were well packaged and there was no damage during shipment.
We did have a few issues (missing clips & discolored valance) but they were corrected- resolved and new parts were delivered within 5 business days.
Yourblinds.com has provided excellent customer service during our entire process from start to finish.
We will purchase again!
I have friends building a new home and suggest that they also purchase window coverings from yourblinds.com

Ordering on YourBlinds.com is extremely simple. First, I read descriptions of the products (wooden blinds), which helped me select the right kind for all my rooms. Then, I read the measuring instructions and measured all my windows. Prior to ordering I was able to check exact prices by entering my measurements and comparing different brands. Once the blinds were ordered, I received a confirmation by email with an estimated delivery day. The blinds arrived in about 10 days in perfect order and carefully wrapped to avoid damage during shipping. The package included all the parts required for installation, without any additional confusing/spare parts, which often only confuse the customer. My husband installed the blinds by himself using the instructions included and had absolutely no problem with it.

What online shopping should be like!

I ordered Hunter Douglas Elite Cellular shades. I had previously chosen the color at a different store, so I didn't have to worry about the colors looking different online. Ordering was easy, customer service was great (although there were no problems to deal with), and they got here in perfect shape and on time. I would definitely order withthem again! I only bought two shades and still saved $250 compared to Costco...what a deal!
