I was initially skeptical about ordering something as potentially problematic as blinds from YourBlinds.com because I had never heard of them before. I had ordered from Smith + Noble in the past, but YourBlinds had better prices. After doing some online research, I decided to go with YourBlinds and I was not disappointed! The only thing that was maybe a bit sketchy was the discount offered... it was not applied immediately as most websites do, but I only had to contact a rep once and it was taken care of. Buyer Beware!!!! The price was right, The delivery was good and I loved the blinds other than the small gouge in the middle of one of the slats. They refused to make it right. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is not applicable because they were custom blinds. I was willing to keep the blind if they gave me a discount. They offered 10% discount. (Much less than the cost to ship them back) I was happy with the color and the size and they were not damaged in shipping. They were clearly damaged sometime in packaging. After I got hung up on I contacted Hunter Douglas the blind manufacturer. Jennifer read all my email correspondence and pictures with Yourblinds. Hunter Douglas understood customer service. I received my much larger discount check in the mail on Monday (about a week after I contacted them). Hunter Douglas stood behind their product and I would buy another Hunter Douglas product. Yourblinds did not stand behind their guarantee and I would not buy from them again.

It was easy to place my order. The person who I spoke with was knowledgeable and pleasant. The blinds were delivered in a timely manner and in good shape.
