Ordering was very easy and they have a very nice selection. I used yourblinds.com after having a very bad unsuccessful experience with Windowvisions.net. Yourblinds.com deliver my blinds to my exact specifications in 9 days from when I ordered. I will be ordering from them again in the near future.

Very happy with experience at Yourblinds.com. I did all my research and shopping online using several websites. Yourblinds was the quickest to ship out samples and had the best price overall. They were also the only company with consistent reviews on Bitrate and Epinions.
I ordered on a Monday (which was a holiday) and product arrived via UPS Ground shipping the very next Monday. Very impressed with speed of shipment. Also free shipping was nice especially since packages together weighed over 70 pounds. Items were very well packed and in perfect condition.
My only concern was the website did not have updated instructions for my product. Took me a little longer than I wanted to figure things out, but I cant blame them too much for that.
I will recommend this site to anyone needing blinds. Thanks

My father, a retired interior designer, searched the web for window blinds for my family's new home. After quoting with you and one other company, we ordered one blind from the other company, as their price was lower. Since we were not entirely happy with the quality or color of that "generic" blind, we looked back to you. Since you sold Hunter Douglas, we requested a sample and placed our order based on our satisfaction with the color and quality. After I corrected one blind size due to YourBlinds.com feeling I may have communicated it wrong (which I did), the blinds arrived faster than we expected. The quality is Hunter Douglas, the price was less than we quoted locally, and I expect the service was faster as well. The Customer Service we received from YourBlinds.com was exceptional; not at all what we expected from an online vendor. We get compliments on our blinds every time we have visitors and have already sung your praises to friends. We plan to "blind" our second floor in the spring, and of course we will purchase again from YourBlinds.com.

Ordering was easy. I had requested samples to be sure of color match. The samples were shipped very quickly. My full blinds order (for 4 windows) was shipped within a week. Merchandise was exactly what I ordered and installation was a breeze. A local retailer had quoted me $2500 for the exact same order, but with YourBlinds I only paid $600. Fabulous savings! I will recommend this online retailer and will use them again in the future.

We received our blinds this morning and my husband just finished installing them. We are so happy with how they look. I was very nervous placing this online order in case there was a problem or issue. Well, everything went smooth. Also, I think your online ordering system is very easy to follow. It is easy to navigate through the different screens. By the time we finish ordering the remaining blinds from you, we will have saved over $700 based on a designer's estimate of the exact same blinds and features.

In shopping on-line for cellular shades, I considered many different web sites. I wouldn't have purchased from YourBlinds.com had they not offered the best combination of site functionality, price, and ease of ordering. After I ordered, customer service was initially very good--I received confirmation of my order and notice that the shades were being made. But there was a period of some weeks after that when I didn't know when to expect my order; just when I was thinking about contacting the company, the shades arrived. We did get one shade that was not made to the measurements we requested, but we've gotten excellent customer service in getting a replacement and are waiting for its arrival.

Slats don't open smoothly, now not at all

I ordered a faux wood blind and was not happy with the product. I didn't like the textured finish, which was my fault because I didn't order swatches first. But also, the slats do not open and close smoothly. And just recently, they stopped opening and closing at all! I am going to contact the company about this, since they have a satisfaction guarantee. I will report back when they resolve this issue. I was happier with justblinds.com.

I have made several previous purchases and was pleased with the quality (Hunter Douglas cellular shades), service, and delivery time. However, with my most recent inquiry, I found the same product for a lower price at five different online stores, with the same warranty, etc. When I contacted YourBlinds.com regarding the lower prices and their "discount" of 2%, their response was "Thank you for the update. Maybe we can help you with future purchases." No offer to meet the price or even ask what the lower price was. I guess they don't need the business.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Poor Quality, and horrible customer service!

I have never dealt with such an incompetent group of people. I received my sheer vertical blinds (about $1500 worth of merchandise) about 4 months ago. I paid extra to have room darkening blinds. When they arrived they were not room darkening, there were 2 inch gaps between the verticals. Weeks of "well try this" or "did you try that" went on. I took pictures and emailed it to the company. Long story short, 3 months later I finally get them to agree to credit my account. The send me call tags and I shipped the product back to them. Now it has been over 1 month that they have had the blinds back but have not issued me a credit yet. You cannot get anyone on the phone, you either get put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time or you get disconnected. Long story short...do not do business with this company. Great prices, yes, but poor quality products and HORRIBLE customer service. It's not worth the aggravation!

My blinds are awful! I ordered custom blinds. Doesn't that mean that I needed CUSTOM? The blinds I received were for standard size windows. If that is what I had wanted, I could have gone to Home Depot. They didn't even offer to send me the correct size blinds as ordered!!!!! Or to give me my money back. I will never use this company again! When I tried to alleviate the problem, the e-chat girl only asked if I wanted someone to call. If I bothered to express my dissatisfaction, don't you think that the question would have been moot! YES, I wanted someone to call me! Also, when I received my blinds, one set had a twisted cord that made one of the levers not lay straight. Another set I had to physically fix because it had been damaged during shipment. And yet another set will not open or close. My overall experience is not a good one. MANAGEMENT...FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!!! Or is complaining to opinion poll the only way I will get satisfaction? If you want to continue my business, and keep me from trashing your company across the internet, please make this wrong a right!
