Had a question about color on the chairs, and called. I had to leave a message, and received a phone call back within about 15 minutes. The person who called back was VERY helpful and made sure that I was satisfied before hanging up.
After ordering online--which was quite easy--the order arrived within three days and in perfect condition. I am very satisfied with my purchase, and the chairs look beautiful.

The stools came with a disclaimer that said they would not support anything over 200 pounds. If I had known this in advance, I would not have purchased them (no disclaimer on website). It is ridiculous to think that one would purchase a pub table and stool set and think that nobody over 200 pounds would use it. Also one of the stools lists and the other squeaks. Overall, poor quality, poor communication, and a lot of work for the consumer.

We ordered 4 bar stools from YourWarehouse Direct. 3 of the 4 arrived in good condition and we are still attempting to receive the 4th chair in good condition. We have promptly received replacement chairs upon notification to the company that there was a problem but we have continued to receive a damaged chair or the wrong type of chair. The customer service in working through this problem has been very efficient, gracious and quick in responding to us.

They deducted the payment from my checking account immediately yet it took over 7 weeks (not the week)to receive the vanity.
I had to contact them to find out the problem which was they say was out of stock. It would have been nice of them to let me know instead of me contacting them.
