This store was my best experience buying paintball equipment online. Delievery was earlier than predicted, prices were cheap, and if you ask, they will give you a 5% discount.

Wow - I have no idea where to start. Shipped the wrong items number 1. Made me paid for the shipping back to them 2. AND charger me a 15 percent restocking fee.
Worst company EVER! Products might be a couple bucks cheaper, but stick with Action Village.

Worst experience ever.
I bought a halo hopper for over $100 and it arrived broken and malfunctioning. Called Zephyr and I can return it for a restocking fee or deal directly with the manufacturer. Didn't feel like being extorted for over $20 to return a broken item so dealing with manufacturer.
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Not worth all this hassle TO SAVE LESS THAN $5 over buying it from a store. Next time I'm only buying from a store where you can return broken merchandise without being extorted for extra money.
When I complained about the unfair policies they said it was to "pass the savings" on to the consumer. What savings???? I saved less than $5 and I have to put up with all of this? They won't take and exchange and if I want to return a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, I have to pay them money? Not worth it in my book.
I'm writing this review to warn other consumers. Don't deal with these unfair policies, just buy from a local store. In the long run you'll end up spending more money with Zephyr.

I purchased a new Proto SLG which is defective. I tried to get an even exchange (Not a return or refund) since the gun has good features. I was refused by Zephyr who told me to take it up with the manufacturer. The stated return policy says that an opened package is considered used and NOT returnable. So I ask: How does the consumer determine if the gun works without opening the package and trying it out? Is it me or does this smack of dishonesty? I won't buy from Zephyr again and here's MY POLICY: I know alot of folks that play aggressive paintball and spend a good deal of money on their sport. I WILL relate my experience to those people.

The website is well stocked and has fair prices. The prices are typically a few dollars higher than competitors websites, however... a few websites have a policy of not allowing a seperate billing and shipping address. Zephyr is one of these online retailers.
Such a policy makes it hard to buy gear while at college. Of the three retailers (two very large) I visited online, zephyr is the only company that allowed me to alter my billing and shipping address over the phone. The gentleman was helpful and the package shipped promptly.
I will shop with the company again.

will never purchase from these flakes. website gave no indication that specific tank (68CI) would not fit in cover that DID specifically state would fit 68CI tanks. Tried to make me pay for shipping cover back - wouldn't even consider the error was on their part. Will not do business with them - will be writing letter to BBB in their area and will make sure everybody i know (and anyone else who will listen) will not do business with these folks. customer service is completely uninformed and basically acted as if they could care less if i did business with them or not. I'll choose "not"

The folks at Zypher were great but I had problems with FedEx Ground. Because the item was sent requiring a signature of the addressee, my son did not get his birhtday gift on time. I work and there is no way for me to be home during the limited hours Fedex Ground delivers. Additionally, they have no pick up available on weekends. I had to move my son's party because he did not receive it on time. I called Zypher and they would not change the delivery address to my work unless it was an address on my credit card or bank account and I didn't want to do that. It seems like there should be an option for accepting the risk of having the package left rather than having to sign for it. Doesn't allowing the recipient to sign and leave the form on the door cover Zypher. Additionally, the item broke the first time my son used it. I am working with the manufacturer on warranty repair, but this type of item is better purchased locally in my opinion because of on site repair.

The customer service guy went above and beyond for me. I placed my original order online. One of my items was discovered to not be instock. The customer service guy called and he helped me to find another pair of pants in the same price range and color. He was going from the phone to the stock room to compare color and sizes etc... it was very helpful!

The paintball gun and hopper were missing from the package. Initially, Zephyr appeared to be helpful since 4 other guns had been reported missing. The customer service manager does not return phone calls to help me resolve the problem. I am turning to the credit card company and lawyers to resolve the issue.

I thought this shopping experiance was great! All the items were delevered on time. The package was recieved perfect and there werent any marks or dents in anything.I deffenitly plan on buying from Zephyrsports.com again!

Parts were ordered and a couple days later I recieved a phone call from Zephyr informing me that all parts were in stock and being sent out the following day. I appreciated the call and will definetly order from Zephyr again. Thank You.
