Deceptive reviews. I ordered Blueair 601 Air filters from AchooAllergy.com. The filters STANK and the off-gassing caused my son and I to have problems breathing. I reviewed the product, giving it a poor score and advised people to purchase the Austin Air Filter instead which we've had no problems with. They did not place the review online. I emailed them, asking why they wouldn't post a customer's review and mentioned that we had been airing out the filters now for weeks and they still stand and caused breathing problems. No answer. I spent a tremendous amount of money at their store and this is how they treat a customer? I'm not spending another cent there!! As for the filters? We've been running them now for a month in a closed room with window open and they are STILL unusable.

Our experience with Achoo! was very good. We were thinking about buying a Dyson vacuum cleaner based on recommendations from friends who use the Dyson. We did a websearch and found the Dyson at Achoo!. We talked to the people at Achoo! to get more information. They were informative and knowledgeable. The cleaner arrived just a couple of days after we ordered it. We have now given it a good workout, and are amazed at how much better it works than anything we've had before. We strongly recommend both Achoo! and Dyson.

Don't purchase a Tempur-Pedic bed from Achoo Allergy! If you decide to return the mattress, you will be charged the original shipping ($175), return shipping ($175), and the purchase price for any "free" pillows ($250) making your original purchase a very expensive mistake. Despite contradictory information on their website, they recite standard company policy regarding return fees. I highly recommend that you choose another Tempur-Pedic dealer unless you are 100% sure that you will love the bed.

Not knowing exactly what I needed, I called achoo about an air purifier. I wasn't ready to spend a lot, but customer service was knowledgeable and helpful in finding something that fit my budget. They helped me choose a Honeywell 50250 for our den. I ordered it plus enough prefilters to last me through a year. It and the filters arrived to my home in rural OH, via UPS, four days after I ordered, and I'm happy to say it works great. The entire process was pretty easy, and I would not hesitate to considering buying from them again.

I purchased the Dyson DC15 Animal (one with ball) and LOVE IT. I was unsure which Dyson product to choose and the people at Achoo Allergy were very helpful in explaining differences and helping choose the best one for us. Shipping was also very quick...had it faster than promised. I highly recommend this vacuum. It is very manueverable and reaches under furniture well. I thought we were clean people until I vacuumed the first time. It was shocking and quite frankly, disgusting, how much more the DC15 picked up in comparison to our Hoover product. Works great on our newly refinished hardwood floors too....leaves no marks/scratches! My household actually enjoys vacuuming again. Thanks Achoo Allergy!
