The products and their quality are excellent; I am fully statified with my purchase. The package's arrival, however, was delayed. The company apparently reuses it's order tracking numbers because mine was mixed up with a previous order, and for some time I did not know the location of the package. I called the company for assistance, and they gave me the phone number for the shipping company. Rather, they should have corrected the problem for me instead of inconveniencing me for their mistake.

The product is totally useless, does not work and when I requested a refund (of not only the item but also the high shipping and handling charges) I was told that I would need to send (at my own expense) the item back and they would only credit the cost of the item. In other words, it would cost me more money to receive and return this item than it was worth.
Just sign me, a very unhappy customer!
