First time I ordered from this store and I'm very pleased with reasonable prices on their products and LOW shipping cost!! I like it when they let me know when the product has been shipped and when to expect it and I must say, I got it sooner than I thought!!

This was a perfect shopping experience. My order was delivered quickly and accurately. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I am VERY disappointed with the customer service and therefore am very hesitant in ordering from this store. I had a question about a product so I emailed them twice and did not get a response. I then called the number posted on the website. I called a number of times and left messages and no one has called back. The recording on the voice message is this generic one and very unprofessional-sounding. I am so shocked at the poor customer service and am scared to buy something from them in case I have to contact them for some reason. Be very cautious purchasing from this store.

My order came much quicker than expected and the customer service representative was courteous and very knowledgeable about the products that I was interested in. I will recommend this site often!

The ordering process was fine, but the wrong product ended up at my door. After explaining to the customer service person that I did not receive the product as listed on their website, they agreed to ship the correct product and send a return mailing label. However, when we asked if they could expedite the replacement product, they said it was my error and they were doing me a favor by shipping the replacement free of charge. This is not true, and I politely explained to the customer service person the error was on their website, but he would not even consider the notion that I was correct. In the end, I will get the product I ordered, although about two weeks after I placed the order, which is inconvenient at the least. But I'm also left with a bad feeling about spending my money with this company. Customer service is easy when everything goes smoothly, but you really find out what a company is all about when problems arise. This company did not show me much respect as a potential return customer.

I would not order from baby-wise. I recently placed an order for bibs with them & they sent me the wrong ones. I have contacted them repeatedly to try to get it corrected & they just ignore me! I have emailed them 4 times and no one has ever responded. It looks like there is no way to call them either! I would go somewhere else.

Terrible service!! Shipped used dirty products!Refused to take back damaged return.They used profanity on the phone when my wife finally reached them after 3 days of calls.

I loved this site. Fast shipment of my items!!  Great service. I received $5 off a $50 purchase. Also, I bought over $99 worth of baby items and I received Free Shipping!!  Great place to get Cloud B items!!!  I looked everywhere for Cloud B twilight turtle and could not find a place with a discount!!  This offered me a $5 discount and free shipping.  I also bought the Sheep! Great place to buy Eco-friendly items.  The pacifiers are cheaper here than Babiesrus.  I also bought a pop up organizer!  Great prices. Code is gXHL4e must put code in referral box!! They also have great price for dented items or opened boxes.  They take off 75%!!  And all seasonal items are on sale from last season!!

Baby-Wise has been one of the best websites I've ordered from. The fact that shipping is free for orders over $99 is a great value...I don't hesitate to order larger items for this reason alone.

I was impressed with the speedy response I received from Customer Service when I had a question regarding the dimensions on a specific product.

I spoke with someone on the phone at baby-Wise.com and they were very helpful. They were the only ones that could get me a joovy stroller in time for my vacation. Item arrived on time and works great. I will shop with them again.

We got our stroller in two days, and we even ordered during the Christmas shopping season. No problems with our order at all.

I had a coupon for $10 off any item at Baby Earth. When I ordered an item online, the discount did not show up on the pre-final-confirmation page, but there was a text box stating that your discount appears after you click the "confirm" button. I "confirmed" the order (paid for it) and still no discount.

When I emailed customer service, a representative explained to me that this item was a "minimum price" item, so no discounts could be applied, and that if a discount was available, it would have appeared on my total before confirming the order (opposite to what their order page states.)

Also, nowhere on their website did it state that my item was a "minimum price item."
