I ordered a pair of Pioneer HDJ-1000's from Joyryde. Not only did they have the best price (& FREE SHIPPING), but they have the best customer service of any company I've ever ordered from. I received my new headphones 3 days sooner than I thought, which made for a more comfortable experience @ the club that weekend.
You ever have such a perfect experience with a company that makes you say to yourself "whatever I need, I'm checking w/ them first and foremost"? Joyryde is a great company with a great group of employees. I couldn't think of sending my money anybody else but them.
The rep was not very nice. It took him a long time to match a price I was quoted from www.kpodj.com. He actually ended up costing me more money since I had to pay an additional fee at the end of my order. Product arrived defective and it was a very long ordeal to get it replaced. I have been purchasing from the local guitar center and http://kpodj.com/ ever since. Their prices are much better. KpoDJ is very good since I don't have to pay tax and it gets here very fast. Guitar Center will match their price most of the time, but sometimes I end up paying more due to the tax.

Every item was nice, and the description was good but the DJ system i bought didn't come with what they said it came with a different mixer, different tables, and no self powered speakers like they said but i am happy with what i got b/c it was still a great buy. i just think they could get the descriptions of the products more exact then being way off. worst on-line shopping experience ever. My credit card was immediately charged after order processing. Which is fine if the product was processed(it wasn't). Waited for 5 days with no status on tracking. Wrote an email asking for status....no reply. Waited several more days and thoroughly reviewed their terms and conditions since there was no reply to my email. Finally wrote an email threating to take legal action as well as imforming authorities. They finally refunded my card. Really not worth the trouble of "possibly" saving money. Read more
