AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Awful customer service. I purchased an item that was assembled incorrectly and asked what they planned to do about it. They immediately stated I should contat the manufacturer of the item and seek to return it for warranty service rather then offering to take the item back (IT WAS THE SAME DAY I RECIEVED IT) -- For all I know they could have intentionally sent me a broken item. Here is an exact unmodified quote from an email that customer service sent me:
After I stated I was unhappy that they just wanted me to contact stanton, rather then sending me a new item they said:
"Oh, well we will tell Stanton they shouldn't assist you then, since you don't want their help"
Real nice huh? Customer service at it's best.

So I went to DJDeals.com because after a lot of comparison they had the lowest prices and in addition to that, free shipping. I ordered two Stanton T80's for a a great price. Then a few days later I get an email telling me theyre out of stock. I was angry because at the time I put in my order I was told they were in stock. So I email them back asking whats gonna happen, because I ordered while they were in stock and I did not feel like waiting around forever. I thought they were gonna just say sorry and send me my money back, but they did me one better. They sent me the USB T90's at no extra charge. Had my Turntables within a couple weeks. A month later I even ordered my mixer and headphones from them.

Great product selection, fast shipping, honest people, overall good service. I have and will continue to order from them. Steve is very friendly when I called in for help. My only only little complaint is that the phone number isnt easily accessible. And I know Steve's reason for this is to save time and make things more efficient but sometimes, you just need to talk to a human rather than send an email. But overall great reseller.

I ordered a power supply for a Vestax PMC 17A mixer from DJDeals.com and was sent a power supply that does fit what I order. It won't even fit the input so I don't even know if it works and it's the wrong voltage so even if it did fit I would have no use for it. So they just took my money and sent me something I have no use for. RipOff!!!!!!!!!

IF YOU ARE BEING TEMPTED AND LURED BY THE CHEAP PRICES DJDEALS HAS TO OFFER YOU, READ FIRST THE NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES/FEEDBACKS THAT ARE WRITTEN ON THE REVIEWS.
MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE IS JUST HORRENDOUS AFTER SPENDING MORE THAN $2000 WORTH OF DJ EQUIPMENT. THIS ONLINE STORE IS ARROGANT, RUDE AND OUT OF LINE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bad customer service. Slow or no response to emails. Overprice shipping. Pay extra to have your order processed in one business day which most sites have for free. No telephone. Very strict return policy they claim is normal.

This is one of the wirst online shops ever. They claim all orders are overseen by the president. WOW... There is only one person there as fas as I know that does everything: Being a president, janitor, shipping, receiving. It took over two months for me to receive my refund, like the other customer mentioned, I kept being directed to the help page. They don't have nothing in stock and all deal with drop shippers. This store is all bogus, so is the supposed "president".

I have ordered product twice from this company, because the prices were great. However, subsequent to this I started receiving a lot of spam to an address that I supplied only to them. I wonder if that's how they keep their prices low -- by selling customer addresses.

it is beyond my comprehension the service provided by this site. this is the first time that i have shopped online and not been provided a number that i could call for further info. upon request for said phone number i received this reply:
Please email questions, as we won't have time to answer them by phone.

Frauds. Product sent not as described on web site, and they charged me shipping both ways AND a 20% restock fee. I purchased from them based on the product description on their web site but somehow it's my fault that their description is inaccurate? And I have to pay for it? They are assholes and do not accept responsibility for their own errors. I will never shop there again, and you won't either if you care about customer service after the sale.

Had an issue and dealt with their costumer service, a guy by the name of Steve M. He was completely unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and offer no solution but one line rude replies which is unacceptable as a customer service representation.
Think twice dealing with these people.

I found what I wanted, it was in-stock and shipped quickly. I would've preferred to check out right on their site instead of having to use PayPal or Google Checkout as I had to get a PayPal credit card to have a 'confirmed address'. This is minor however as they do it for security, but it was still a pain in the ass and delayed my purchase by a few days. Overall, very good experience; will buy from DJDeals.com again.

They were ok. The $ was taken from my account, and I didnt recieve word of shipping till 3 days after that. I was abit nervous. After I got the tracking #, things went smooth untill I got home from work and found a $1500 tv sitting on my doorstep. No slip to pick it up later, and no signing for it. That was totally unacceptable, and thats why I wont buy there again. I was lucky---the tv was not stolen.

I ordered the Echo Indigo IOX Express Card and recieved the Echo Indigo DJX Express Card. I have e-mailed DJDEALS.COM several times with no response. I would not shop at DJDEALS.COM again and would warn people from shopping there as there is no way to get in touch with them if there is a problem. They ignore you. They are crooks. If you complain then they ban you from their site. Crooks I tell you Crooks!!!!

I ordering these items from they're web site, all the items I ordered where said to be in STOCK and have rush delivery options( which i payed extra for).. I got my turntable but not one word about my 2 shure Cartidges. I contacted them and they said shure didnt haved them in stock... But i didnt even Order the items from shure... I ordered them from DjDeals.com. When i contacted them and asked them what does this have anything to do with shure, they didnt awnser. They just said tell us whether you want the order cancelled or sent on tuesday and we will contact shure for Me. They dont have a phone number to contact so im in a pickle, they didnt even say whether they are going to return my 108$ dollars back to me. Im very worried and im still in the proccess of trying to get my money back from them.
