HORRIBLE! They have no phone number. They only do customer service through email, and they DONT REPLY! I have sent 5 emails, and NONE of them have been answered after 7 days now. It was the worst experience I have ever had. They will try to keep as much of your money after returning an item as passable. I purchase a DJ coffin and stand but did not need it. Had to go through the whole email experience back and forth because they dont have a phone number you can call. After getting the return number they make you get sent back the items in the original un-opened boxes and they still try and get a 20% restock fee. They do not respond quickly to your emails and could care less if your happy. Spend a few more bucks at a reputable site.

My experience with djdeals.com was awful. They refused to ship to my address insisting it was not on file with my credit card company. They do not have any phone number to call for questions or support and insist on only corresponding via email. To top it off, the person who answers your email is incredibly rude and does not understand that for every 1 customer you treat like crap: they tell 10 possible customers.
Here's the email conversation I experienced:
"Has my order been processed? I've been trying to find a phone number to call but have not had such luck."
"We only handle client correspondence through email."
"I'm unable to wait any longer, this is ridiculous. Please cancel my order I won't be using your company again."
"We will get this cancelled for you and then you will be able to take your future purchases elsewhere."

This is one of the wirst online shops ever. They claim all orders are overseen by the president. WOW... There is only one person there as fas as I know that does everything: Being a president, janitor, shipping, receiving. So I went to DJDeals.com because after a lot of comparison they had the lowest prices and in addition to that, free shipping. I ordered two Stanton T80's for a a great price. Then a few days later I get an email telling me theyre out of stock. I was angry because at the time I put in my order I was told they were in stock. So I email them back asking whats gonna happen, because I ordered while they were in stock and I did not feel like waiting around forever. I thought they were gonna just say sorry and send me my money back, but they did me one better. They sent me the USB T90's at no extra charge. Had my Turntables within a couple weeks. A month later I even ordered my mixer and headphones from them.
Awful customer service. I purchased an item that was assembled incorrectly and asked what they planned to do about it. They immediately stated I should contat the manufacturer of the item and seek to return it for warranty service rather then offering to take the item back (IT WAS THE SAME DAY I RECIEVED IT) -- For all I know they could have intentionally sent me a broken item. Easily the worst online retailer I've ever purchased from. Equipment shows up defective, and the kicker was that they "CLAIM" that you get a factory warranty.... but the fact is, you have to work through them, and not the manufacturer. this means that you can't get any service or replacements through local dealers.... Have fun shipping back equipment to the distributor, who won't pay for shipping to return it.
Don't bother complaining to them. They don't care. They will sarcastically respond to you like a child. If you even think of complaining on the DJ Deals forum, the will deactivate your account and ban you IP range...

Well the price was right, but the customer service STINKS. It seems that the majority of people are pleased, but if you do have a problem, you're gonna pay more than if you would have gone with Musician's friend or other Big Store to begin with.
I received a broken product and paid the extra $10 to get it "rushed processed" Well it was rushed for nothing. I contacted the website and received an impersonal reply with "review our policy." I only asked for a $10.00 refund for a feature of convenience that was far from it. The amount of money he makes you would think $10.00 would be an easy compromise. Imagine if it was more than that!?! It seems to me his lack for a phone line is for a reason. He claims its to save you money, but is it?
Go with another store, and pay an extra few bucks. I wish I did.

I ordered the Technics 1210 M5Gs two weeks ago, April 30th. The website did not say anything about the item not being in stock as it did for some other items. I paid for two of them, as well as protection. I was "sure" that I would get these, and I almost sold my main turntables, and almost ordered additional parts for these tables since I "knew" I was going to get them.
Today, which is two weeks later, I hadn't received them, and hadn't heard anything from them. When I e-mailed them today, they responded by saying that the Technics distributor they deal with hadn't got them from Asia yet, and asked if I wanted to tell the distributor to cancel. I told them I wanted to cancel, and I am expecting a refund very soon.

I decided to buy a sound card for my Macbook Pro and bought the Echo Indigo DJ card from DJdeals. It was the wrong card, and when I asked to return the card (unused), he (Steve) referred me to his return policy and then would not respond to my emails. I bought the wrong card and I admit it was my mistake, but give me a break. It's not like it was a PCI card. The worst part is that I bought it for my school (I play for our middle school dances) to try to make the music a little better. Thanks a lot, Steve.

The rep was not very nice. It took him a long time to match a price I was quoted from www.kpodj.com. He actually ended up costing me more money since I had to pay an additional fee at the end of my order. Product arrived defective and it was a very long ordeal to get it replaced. I have been purchasing from the local guitar center and http://kpodj.com/ ever since. Their prices are much better. KpoDJ is very good since I don't have to pay tax and it gets here very fast. Guitar Center will match their price most of the time, but sometimes I end up paying more due to the tax.

Beware of any company that does not provide a telephone number for customer support. This is because their client service is non-existent. The first product I bought from them was damaged, and when I decided to give them another chance with a second order, they shipped me the wrong item, then refused to pay for me to ship it back to them. In fact, their response was "that rarely happens". They DO NOT ship the items themselves -- they order your products from the manufacturer, and the product is shipped directly to you from there. They are rude and unhelpful, and I would not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a Sefour DJ table for $700 and then didn't get any other contact for 4 days - i did get an initial receipt saying to keep it because i wouldn't be getting another. I tried to contact them just because i was curious when this item might dispatch - their response was read our shipping documentation - which clearly says nothing. Couldn't find anything out even though my credit card had been debited! Had to go through the pain of canceling the credit card transaction.

They're an Authorized Stanton Dealer....woooo....and after contacting Stanton, they seemed to be just as bad!? Don't deal with DJDeals.com, it's a bad experience! You'll thank me. Delivery speed was actually rather slow. I ordered late on a thursday, and the order wasn't processed before sunday (but on a sunday!!). Then the package was "lost in the mail" until next thursday, and I got the package tuesday one and a half week after ordering it. But hey, the shipping was free :)
The price was the lowest I could find on a trustworthy site, thats why I used djdeals.com. There was one other webpage claiming they would sell me the 650-headphones cheaper, but they had to send the price via email, and I could save 20 bucks...but hey, what kind of business cant make an offer up front? I didnt trust that page, so I ended up with djdeals anyway.
The ordering process was overall clean and professional, I will recomend djdeals.com to anyone buying special items not widely available elsewhere. The packaging was good, and the product absolutely stood up to the recomendations!!! If you have 300 bucks left in some account, I suggest you buy yourself PROLINE 650 PRO! That's some NICE SOUND!

DJDeals.com was one of the few online shops that would ship the Pioneer HDJ-1000 (which was rare to find at the time of purchase) to Canada. Correspondence via email was swift and fast. Very pleased to receive shipment within 2-3 days.
I was a bit ticked off that they did not accept payment via Paypal or any other convenient methods. Had to fax in the payment info.

I had a horrible experience with them. Their customer service was unbelievable. They were rude and harsh. They charged me higher price then stated. Then offered to credit me back and still did not credit me anything. PLEASE if you are a customer, think twice before dealing with them. Their lowest price guaranteed, is not the lowest price. I have found other products at a lower cost and when I confronted them, they argued and was completely rude. I have never had a worst experience buying something in my life. I am warning you. Do not buy from them.
Frankly Im a bit surprised by all of the positive reviews. Although they shipped quickly, they are curt, sarcastic and carry an adolescent attitude summed up by the phrase The customer is always wrong.
I would recommend these guys with reservations especially if you dont need to communicate with them or if you dont mind dealing with attitude and unhelpful responses to questions and requests.
Its too bad, because Id like to patronize a DJ-run business rather than some of the electronics mega-sites, but they don't provide much of an incentive to do so.

I had ordered a pair (2) of Stanton AL500-II cartridges, and a Numark mixer. I chose free shipping, so i expected delivery to be slow. I received my order in about 8 days from time of order. I came home to find the box just sitting right on my doorstep out in the open. I had opened the box to find my mixer there with one Stanton AL500-II Cartridge package taped to the bottom of the Numark mixer box. They only shipped one cartridge to me, so I called and they wouldn't take my calls. I had e-mailed them with my order number and asked for a receipt (because they never gave or sent one out when I ordered it online), but they never replied to my e-mail. No receipt, didn't ship all items ordered, poor customer service.

I had a great experience shopping at Joyride. The delivery was on time. They really helped me out with the problems I had with my credit cards. They covered and made me a better price than the one I found at some competitor. The only problem was that the good arrived without a receipt. But they showed themselves very reliable, and I am sure that they will send it to me as soon as I ask them to.

Even after I added shipping to Australia, taxes and customs duty, the mixer I purchased from VestaxStore.com was still less than half price compared to buying in a DJ equipment store here. It was great!! DJDeals also gave me a tracking number and I could see my parcel fly out of America, over the Pacific and into Australia (delivered in under 1 week). This really put my mind at ease as there are numerous horror stories about buying over the net. I would certainly recommend Joyryde to anyone living outside the US, sick of importers running a virtual monopoly, charging customers ridiculous prices. The owner is a good guy and has no problem conversing on the phone about your order. I was bumbed that my cheapo case for the mixer got bent in shipping because they don't package them other than a cardboard box that is a sleeve fit over the case itself. I got my turntable but not one word about my 2 shure Cartidges. I contacted them and they said shure didnt haved them in stock... But i didnt even Order the items from shure... Unacceptable Practices:
(1) DJ Deals did not inform me that they were out of stock until the day after the order was placed and payment information taken.
(2) The DJ Deals website did not appear to contain "account" links for monitoring purchases, requesting cancellations, or tracking shipments.
(3) The DJ Deals website did not appear to explicitly provide an email address for cancelling or following up on orders.
I suspect that some or all of the above practices may be considered deceptive or unfair practices in trade by the Federal Trade Commission and/or by state attorney general's offices.
On the plus side, when I replied to DJ Deal's "out of stock" email requesting that the order be cancelled, I promptly received an email indicating that the order had been deleted.
DJ Deals' "out of stock" email stated that the manufacturer was out of stock for at least a month and that other vendors would probably also not be able to supply the product in question until then. I ordered knobs for my Vestax mixer. I needed them within 2 weeks for a DJ gig, they were there within 3 days, it may have even been 2. The only problem I had was that the phone number I gave them didnt match the billing phone number, and that was easily corrected via an automated E-mail. I submitted this order at 4 minutes before midnight on a Saturday night and, as I recall, at about mid-afternoon on the following Tuesday, the turntable package was at my front door. Surely that is amazing order-processing and delivery speed.
I had searched extensively on the internet for this turntable, and the price offered by TopDJGear was definitely the best on the web -- being a good percentage lower that any other supplier, and being $100 to 50% lower than many! Also, as I recall, the shipping cost was rolled into the price, thus making the effective price even lower.
The Stanton turntable has always performed flawlessly, making it possible with its three speeds for me to record a number of 78-rpm records (including a Mozart symphony believed to be the earliest full recording of a symphony made in the United States [1914]); and my son has been using the machine for DJ activities using 33-rpm vinyl records.

Hi im from poland - but I called my auntie in Chicago to order me djm 800 on her name -as she lives at US and price in Europe for djm 800 was huge. She got that mixer after about 3 weeks (fast order option) by ups - but the package was shattered (unfortunately she took it) When my uncle saw it he called straight away to ups that the package was in terrible condition but it was very very hard to get them back to return them that package (another mixer shown after over a month at my auntie door).
