Don't use UPS or don't ship things ground. I was unhappy that I needed to pay $81 to pick up my package. This is ontop of what I already paid to ship it!

Ordered a dj case and other parts to go with it. Main item was discontinued and no customer service. No one called to see if I still wanted the other items. When I called I was told I couldn't cancel. They shipped the other items even thought I canceled my order. I refused it. Wouldn't remove charges. Call BBB and my cc co.

Joyryde was great, I had a small problem with one of the turntables I purchased, but a call to Steve in customer service helped trouble shoot and corrected the problem right away. I would reccomend this website to anyone looking for DJ equipment in the future

When I ordered the item. A cold front with lots of rain was pushing through the area of deliver. The Deliver company caused some rain damage to the boxes (both the outer cardboard box and the inner product box. But thank God I didn't find anything wrong with the product and it's components.
