The lack of notification about shipping is unacceptable in this day and age. That I was unable to track the the order caused some apprehension.
Those issues aside, the order arrived very quickly and in good condition.

I went with DJDeals.com because their price was just slightly cheaper than advertised at other online vendors, despite the horrid website and paypal-only purchase requirement. I received the product I wanted, but had an awful time corresponding with their "customer support" personnel. They were rude, condescending, unorganized (didn't even know what was in stock), and all-around unprofessional. I'll never do business with this "business" again.

Hi im from poland - but I called my auntie in Chicago to order me djm 800 on her name -as she lives at US and price in Europe for djm 800 was huge. She got that mixer after about 3 weeks (fast order option) by ups - but the package was shattered (unfortunately she took it) When my uncle saw it he called straight away to ups that the package was in terrible condition but it was very very hard to get them back to return them that package (another mixer shown after over a month at my auntie door). My family was trying to contact with you djdeals but with no result until 3 weeks (you answered to an e-mail - if package is damaged you shouldn't take it from ups) - ok - my auntie has been waiting for djm800 so long and she knew that im really excited to finally get this one that she took it without thinking about damaged package. So i think 2 things that you should change is contact with your clients and time of shipment. - thanks Michal Boron

it isn't djdeals fault that i haven't received the product yet. it was pre-ordered and it's on it's way. overall, my experience with djdeals now and before has been excellent. i definitely will shop here again. this store is always my first choice whenever i want to get something.
