Joyryde Records is and always will be a joy and a pleasure to work with and for as long as I continue to purchase DJ equipment, I will be purchasing from Joyryde... When I called in I got 100% quality customer service, the web site is perfectly layed out and very easy to navigate, the only down side to my order (its not really a down side) was the next week the item I purchased dropped in price by 50.00, but it was my desicion to purchase at the time I did and the quality of the turntables I got is unserpasable... Thank you Joyryde Records for yet another awsome buying experience.

my shoping experience was great fast and effective i wish my card would have been good to use for the purchace but everything was takin care of oppropiatly fast and most importantly in a kind mannor. i rate the shopping exp. excelent over all. if i need anything elese in the future i will go there first.

DJ deals was very helpful in choosing what I needed from the info I provided, and they're non biased.. They're not going to pick something because of a name. The customer service when I rung them (steve) was very helpful and very nice, and gave me the reason why a brand was nolonger carried by the store, and it was a good reason, not some weird one that you question the validity of.
The extent that they keep personal information personal is exceptional! They tell your bank to give you a ring so that almost any purchase (I've only delbt with big ones) is questioned by your bank who then asks you by phone if you made the purchase!
Shipping is punctual, and informative.. None of this wait a week oops, we forgot to send you an order confirmation number, or tracking number. While wander if you're money just disappeared.. none of that there!
The only issue I have is with UPS, and since I don't live in a house it's not easy if you happen to be gone a few hours and get back and see an infonotice on your door. But as I said, that's UPS not Joyryde (DJDeals.com)
I would and plan to shop there again soon!

Although it there were some unexpected delays with my order, it was through no fault of DJDeals. The owner of the company called me personally explaining the situation. Because of their commitment to great customer service, I would not hesitate to order from them again.
