They have a very good selection of products in all price ranges. Every order has been filled immediately with the exact product advertised, at the advertised price. Customer service was excellent. I've shopped at DJDeals more than once, and I'll be shopping there again in the very near future.

They input the improper data on my shipping address.
The suite number was H-12 and they sent it to H-1.

Shopping was great, and delivery was speedy. However, I was disappointed that the $220 DJ console was shipped directly in its box...in other words, it wasn't "packaged" to make transit safer. (And there is ugly brown packing tape on the box, and it is to be a xmas present) :(

I ordered this product 3 weeks ago. I was sent an email telling me that I need to send the phone number of my bank so that they may verify the shipping address(since it was different then the billing address) fair enough. I emailed the number of my bank in a timely fashion and I havn't heard about or received my order since...it's not even in the UPS system.
