I would go out of my way to make any purchase I can here first. They are the very few left in any industry that know what customer service means and are willing to stand behind their word.
These days, online purchases can be a disaster, so if you are leary lke I am, stick with a company that is 100% real. Joyryderecords is exactly that! They answer questions big or small and handle their business in a manner that is almost nonexsistant these day, very rare, very pleased.
I only wish I lived closer so I could visit their stores.

The overall experience was great! The mixer came in a pretty short amount of time. The only thing I had a problem with was tracking my order, but that was due to UPS not scanning my package when they picked it up, so that's not the fault of the shipper. Thanks to this company, someone is going to have a very Merry Christmas (on time!!)
