HORRIBLE! They have no phone number. They only do customer service through email, and they DONT REPLY! I have sent 5 emails, and NONE of them have been answered after 7 days now. They havent sent my products after 20 days now! This is ridiculous! WORST company Ive ever dealt with. They are even rude and sarcastic to their help seeking customers through their forums. Several reviews have mentioned that they are sarcastic and rude to them through email also. I will dedicate my life to campaigning against this company. Save yourself the stress and just KEEP AWAY! You could take the chance and buy from them and save the 5 dollars they pride themselves in saving for you, or you could pay that 5 dollars and go with a trusted company who at least sends you the product you ordered! Even at least just has someone to CALL when something is wrong, and answers emails! DO NOT shop from these people!

Shipping is daylight robbery. $74 to have a stylus delivered !!!
Lied to about brokerage fees as I was told the brokerage fee for the import duty was included in the $74 shipping fee only to have the postman demand another £11 / $20 in brokerage fees + the import duty.

Delivery, which should have been 1-2 days actually took about 5 days because UPS consider a city of 250000 to be a “Remote Area”

When you first look at the claims of cheap prices, no shipping, and no tax, I thought to myself what's the catch?? NOTHING. I got my stuff right when it was promised, at the very very low prices, not only that, but, I had many questions regarding my purchase, since I am a nub DJ, lol. DJDEALS.Com has had the fastest/best response from any online vendor that I've dealt with. (and there's been tons of them They gave honest answers, that really helped. In short, DJDEALS.COM IS PERFECT: Great Prices, Free Shipping, No Tax, Great Response and Service. I would definitely do business with them agian, and would refer anyone that was interested.

This was the first time I ordered from them. Great customer service on the order. I received an email conformation and tracking number for my order in no time at all. I almost forgot to mention, they have the best prices period!!

The third day I carry on with them negotiations through a forum in occasion of cost of delivery of the equipment to Moscow, I tell them that at me not so I'm not good with English language, I ask to name the final price of two pioneers200+delivery, of the answer receive references to their site to page of the help where in particular I a little that I understand in terms and methods of delivery!!!! Has then asked to explain then my theme was safely deleted from a forum! ((((

Ordering was super easy and and shipping was great. Item went out on time. Tracking was easy. I will buy here again, probably check her first for item.

Bought the incredible Numark TXX1 turntable. JoyRyde had the lowest Internet price, including shipping, and were always there for technical questions. Turntable arrived very quickly. Five stars!

My experience with djdeals.com was awful. They refused to ship to my address insisting it was not on file with my credit card company. They do not have any phone number to call for questions or support and insist on only corresponding via email. To top it off, the person who answers your email is incredibly rude and does not understand that for every 1 customer you treat like crap: they tell 10 possible customers.

Here's the email conversation I experienced:

"Has my order been processed? I've been trying to find a phone number to call but have not had such luck."

"We only handle client correspondence through email."

"I'm unable to wait any longer, this is ridiculous. Please cancel my order I won't be using your company again."

 "We will get this cancelled for you and then you will be able to take your future purchases elsewhere."

Are you kidding me? If anyone working for my company said something along these lines to one of my customers they would be fired on the spot.

Do Not Shop Here. They are total scammers. No phone number you can call. They sold me a broken soundcard. I ordered a Warranty just in case. They refuse to send the warranty I Paid

It was the worst experience I have ever had. They will try to keep as much of your money after returning an item as passable. I purchase a DJ coffin and stand but did not need it. Had to go through the whole email experience back and forth because they dont have a phone number you can call. After getting the return number they make you get sent back the items in the original un-opened boxes and they still try and get a 20% restock fee. They do not respond quickly to your emails and could care less if your happy. Spend a few more bucks at a reputable site. 

Everything delivered as promised - within the time frame quoted. Product arrived in excellent condition. I would definitely patronize this business again.

was a horrible experience. I made a purchase, the debit was made in my credit card but the site said me I haven´t honor. Now I have to pay U$219,00 and haven't my stuffs. I wrote to site a lot of times and I always received the same response. Take care every body with this site
