I ordered a pair of Pioneer HDJ-1000's from Joyryde. Not only did they have the best price (& FREE SHIPPING), but they have the best customer service of any company I've ever ordered from. I received my new headphones 3 days sooner than I thought, which made for a more comfortable experience @ the club that weekend.
You ever have such a perfect experience with a company that makes you say to yourself "whatever I need, I'm checking w/ them first and foremost"? Joyryde is a great company with a great group of employees. I couldn't think of sending my money anybody else but them.
The rep was not very nice. It took him a long time to match a price I was quoted from www.kpodj.com. He actually ended up costing me more money since I had to pay an additional fee at the end of my order. Product arrived defective and it was a very long ordeal to get it replaced. I have been purchasing from the local guitar center and http://kpodj.com/ ever since. Their prices are much better. KpoDJ is very good since I don't have to pay tax and it gets here very fast. Guitar Center will match their price most of the time, but sometimes I end up paying more due to the tax.

I called American Express, I added a shipping address, I informed American Express I was making a puchase. DJ Deals says my case is under investigation. Please get this item to me. I am patient but the process is so sketchy. Yes I want the R-1 with MCR-1 crossfader. Yes I will go through this process again if it means I get the deep discount on whatever item I want. I sent 200 dollars (via pay pal) to this company for a product that they advertised for sale. Once I sent the money, they informed me that the item was currently out of stock, and not to e-mail them about when it would be available, because they have no control of the manufacture of this product. Usually, when you order something from a reputable business, they will inform you before you send money that it is currently out of stock, That being said, After I browsed their website, they do seem legit.
