Made inital order via internet then cancelled because thought error was made in the model selection. internet choices are confusing. Phoned in second order added extras. Hitch received in a timely manner. Installing instructons confusing. Called several times too find out why installation wouldn't work several days before finally receiving a call back.(Joe) explained in detail via phone on how too install. Installation made took longer than suggested. Can't honestly answer question #7 as it's written.

I bought a Valley trailer hitch with 2" receiver and a wiring harness for my wife's Toyota RAV4. What should have been a relatively easy installation turned out to be a two day process. The bolt holes in the Vally hitch did not match up with the nuts in the frame. Each hole was 3/16" off. I needed to use a pencil grinder and a special metal grinding bit to elongate the holes in order for it to fit. If I would have had the grinding bit needed for the job, it would only have delayed me a few hours. I would still purchase products from etrailer in the future based on the level of service I received.
