They had all the things I wanted which was nice. There was a glitch in my order which was supposes to ship in 7-10 and after three weeks I called to see why it had not shipped. I was informed the order was not processed right and so it had not be shipped. They quickly took care of the issue and I got my order several days later. The customer service representatives I dealt with were curteous through the whole process and did their best to resolve the situation. They were good to take care of the problems with my order in a proffesional manner.

etrailer.com has an extensive inventory with everything you could possibly need. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate. Shipping was fast and I was notified when my item was shipped.
I will be using etrailer.com for all my purchases.

The product was not readily available; however, they emailed us frequently to tell us they were tracking the back order and would ship as soon as it was received. We are very please with this company and our merchandise.

Great Shopping Experience.
The order and delivery process was quite smooth.
Also, having the installation instructional video was GREAT!! That's the reason I went with ETRAILER and I was able to install all parts without any issue.

My order was received on time and with no shipping damage; however, there was a manufacturer's defect which rendered the hitch inoperable. I contacted etrailer.com directly about the problem and sent them photographs depicting the issue. Their customer service department coordinated with the manufacturer and arranged to have the hitch replaced at no cost to me. They provided a postage paid mailing label and shipped a new hitch immediately so I did not have to wait until they received the defective one back before I could install the replacement.
I chose to shop etrailer.com because of their extensife product selection, descriptive and informative website, and their low prices. I will continue to shop with them in the future and recommend them because of my personal experience with their customer service department.

When the trailer hitch arrived it didn't fit the car. The side to side hole spacing was to close together. Your service department suggested that the side plates may be bent if dropped in shipping. The person I talked to suggested bending the side plates out slightly. I did that using the car jack. As a result the hitch now fits perfectly with no problems.

The site could use a new UI, but for the most part it navigates fine, and I can fine what I am looking for. I can order without a major problem, and the prices are good.

My order was filled promptly, with regular emails to inform me of my order's process until it was shipped. This is consistent with my other purchases from etrailer in the past. I would make etrailer my first stop when ordering on-line.

I was so excited to receive my bike rack...it arrived very fast which I was really happy about...When I got home my package was sitting outside my front door...as I took a closer look I found the package to have small to med holes in it in several places...the largest at the bottom of the package and part of my product was hanging out!!! I ordered a lock and the keys were partially hanging out of the bottom...I didn't know what to expect when I opened it...but all the things I ordered were inside...I am very disappointed with the way the product was shipped...I have pictures that I took and was gonna submit to the company and the postal service...If I was either one I would of been ashamed to leave that package on anyone's doorstep!!! The product is what I expected and I am very happy with that part of it but I can honestly say at this point that I'm not sure if I would purchase through your company again...
