This company has HORRENDOUS customer service! Don't do business with this company!
I placed an order on line late one night and the next morning received an email saying the items were on back order 3-4 weeks. Because I needed the items right away, I went ahead and ordered these items from another company. I then called eFaucets customer service to cancel this order. eFaucets lied and said the items had already been shipped and that the order could not be cancelled, despite the email about the backorder. A full week later, I received an email from a shipping company informing me that in actuality, the eFaucets package had just been shipped. The matter is now in dispute with my credit card company and I've spent a lot of time dealing with this mess. It's not worth it to do business with this company when there are other companies who offer the same prices and legitimate customer service.

We have purchased a Kohler toilet from this website and it was delivered to us broken in pieces. The website was stonewalling our requests to refund the money until a credit card investigation. Finally they gave us a credit for the toilet, but still never refunded 99 dollars for shipping charges. This is called stealing. The customer service representative Chris refused to put me on the phone with a manager and was actually rude.

eFaucet's WebPage displays prices and discount coupons that are not honored upon ordering. They simply cancel the order and return payment. When inquiry follows, customer service is unfriendly and unprofessional. Would not recommend even to my enemies - there are so many better companies out there.
Horrible service and the customer is always wrong. I ordered an item that said it was in stock. When it didn't ship, I called to find out why. They told me it would take 6 weeks so I requested they cancel the order (since my bathroom would be done in 2). They said sure, then came back saying the item had already shipped and could not be cancelled. I tried to cancel from March 11th until it arrived on March 31st to no avail.
Now they are charging me a restocking fee of 15% to send it back. It is quite clear how they are surviving the down economy. There are many other options for purchasing faucets etc. Use them, NOT eFaucets.com
This company states free shipping on the itmes but this is not nessesarly true. Once I got to the checkout page they attempted to charge me an additional $24.00 for ground delivery. Watch close you will get charged also.

ordered a tub drain- no indication of back order special order on web site. Next day find out the item will take around 4 weeks to deliver- called and cancelled order. Got my cancellation email in which they tell me there is a 5% "cancellation" fee. There was NO indication on order page, or order receipt (they disclose restocking fees- but who has ever heard of a fee to cancel an order that has not shipped or processed?) According to their not-very-nice CSR- any item that doesn't say "In stock" is a special order in their world and is subject to this fee--BEWARE- they are a bunch of con artists! If you order make sure you read every word on their entire website because you are subject to their terms even if it is not disclosed anywhere on the order pages!!

I was ordering a TOTO Dalton toilet and checked a number of online stores. In some instances, it was explicitly stated that the price did not include a seat. The efaucet listing was silent on this issue, so I called and spoke with one of their representatives. After being kept on hold for 5 minutes, she came back and told me that the seat was included. The toilet arrived yesterday without the seat. Now I have to go out and buy the seat; because it will be less than $50, I will also have to pay for the shipping which would have been included had I ordered it with the toilet.
Bottom line: I will never shop at efaucets.com again and I would not recommend this site to anyone else.

I have had a very bad experience with them recently. I returned a set of faucets because it didn't fit our sink locations and purchased a replacement from them. They said they would issue a credit within 15 business days. It is now over 45 business days and I have sent several emails asking where my credit is. On October 6th I was told it was received and that the credit would be issued in 5-7 business days. It is now October 27th. Still no credit. Live chat today says they don't know what the issue is but that they will email the credit department to get it issued immediately. I have my doubts.

While delivery was quick, the merchandise was overpriced. Returning an item for credit or refund is a nightmare. A returned item in original pristine condition is still not credited to my account after nearly three months! A 15% restocking fee has turned into a 100% restocking fee as repeated emails are ignored and calls produce excuses. AVOID this company.
