Through no fault of the merchant, the drum I recieved was defective. I asked for return instructions by email, received a prompt response, a will call shipping ticket fro return of the defective drum was issued and a new drum was sent. The new drum was fine.

Before I made the order, I had a few questions. I emailed them in and got a call the next day. I was busy at work and they emailed me the questions right away. Very good service on the front end. I then made my order and received ONE email telling me that I made my order, along with a phone number to call if any problems. I started to worry, as the price was SOOO LOOOOW that I did not think it was real to begin with. I waited the 48 hours before asking for a tracking number, as the email asked me to do, and was very pleasantly surprised to find that it was going to be received much quicker than I thought. All in all, good, but, could have been great if they would have a more detailed order receipt email, with details of my order, and then send an automatic email with tracking number if it shipped and how. That would take all of the worrying out of the equation and I would then have given them PERFECT marks. Rich was very nice in answering my questions via email, made it feel more personal and I did like that. Thanks, Bill Mentor.
