I can highly recommend this web-store. After some research on the Internet I determined they have pretty decent prices, and offer the brand I was looking for. I called Customer Service to decide between 2-3 different models of Honeywell purifiers. The cust. service rep answered my questions and then directed me to a different model. I researched it some more on the Internet, and had to agree with his advice. He never tried to make me buy a more expensive product than what I stated my budget was. I ordered one half hour prior to the 5 PM EST cut-off and received an e-mail with tracking number later that night. We are 1.5 days later and UPS delivered. Everything looks fine, no damage to the box, replacement filters included. Why would anyone drive to a store when such excellent service is available on the Internet?

Ordered in the morning, and was tracking my order that evening. WOW, how's that for customer service! It was very easy to find exactly what I needed.

Super fast shipping. 2 Days from order to delivery. Humidifier arrived in great condition for a great price. Overall a great experience.

I purchased an air filter on line last month and a few days later fraudulent charges from three different companies began appearing on my statement.

I suspect iAllergy, or more likely, one of their employees sold my credit card # to a criminal organization.

The only other on line purchase I made that month was with Amazon.

I suspect iAllergy because it is based in Maryland and two of the ripoff companies were based in Connecticut.

Beware.....watch your CC statements very carefully.

The basic experience was faultless. Service was prompt and accurate, and the correct item - a Honeywell warm moisture humidifier - arrived as expected.

I encountered an issue, however, when I attempted to replace some disposable filter pads used by the unit. The principal supplier had temporarily run out of stock. When I notified iAllergy of the problem, they went out of their way to quickly locate and provide a temporary supply to tide me over until my original filter pad order could be filled. I was most impressed by the quick, courteous and effective customer service, something not found just anywhere these days. And the unit itself has performed well. After this experience, I would give iAllergy an unqualified recommendation.

For the benefit of readers, I have no personal or professional connections to iAllergy. This was my first purchase from them, and should the opportunity arise, there will definitely be others in the future.

I placed an order for some replacement filters (ones that can be difficult to find) and they arrived at my door less than 24 hours after the order...without expedited shipping. I had a question about one of their products, and received a response to my email within minutes. It's nice to know that they have quick responsive and helpful customer service. The humidifier I ordered was the best price I found anywhere, and they shipped it out the very same day I placed the order. iAllergy sent me an email with the tracking number, and it was delivered in perfect condition just two days later.

We put in and order on Monday Jan. 31 9:15 P.M. On Feb. 2nd It was delivered. We got free shipping,what I would consider as very fast shipping. The order was accurate. The products came to our house faster than the e-mail confirming that the order was shipped.I e-mailed customer service with a brief statement. They e-mailed me back right away. Their prices on the whole were cheaper than most sites with the free shipping the were the lowest on what we ordered. I was very satisfied.

I have been shopping for replacement filters on iAllergy.com for several years. I have found that their prices are much cheaper than anywhere else. My most recent order was placed on 1/10/08 and I received it on my doorstep on 1/11/08!!

I have an older model Hunter air filter and I never have trouble finding the replacement filters that I need. I have shopped around quite a bit for the best deal and iAllergy has the lowest prices I've seen! They also offer free shipping on orders over $150 which is easy to do when you are buying replacement filters.

My shopping experience with iallergy was simply wonderful. Easy to use website had clear product information, upfront stock status, and large images to help the purchase decision. For me, the best part of the entire ordering process was the quick shipping. I placed my order on a Tuesday afternoon and it was shipped out just two hours later. That's fast! I'll definitely be ordering from iallergy again.

This was the first time I ordered something from your site. Right after orderig the confirmation came and within an hour there was another e-mail informing that the order had been shipped. It was amazing how fast everything happened. When the package was delivered on the second day (as promised) it was well packed and was in good condition.

I decided to replace my noisy 15 year old air purifier with a Hunter Quietflo Hepa Air Purifier 30525.  iAllergy had the best overall price I could find, plus good reviews.  I placed my order, it shipped the next day.  Upon opening the sealed carton, I discovered that the front grille (light grey) had some big black spots on it which would not clean off, plus some light scratches and scuffs on the rest of the case.  Normally I'm not fussy, but after looking at for 2 days in my living room, I called iAllergy. Customer Service was great and quickly arranged for a replacement grille to be sent.

I will definitely be looking to them any time I am in the market to purchase the kind of products they sell.

Update:  After about a week, an intermittant clicking sound, which had been there from the beginning, became constant, plus at lowest speed it developed an "off-balance washing machine spin cycle" sound.  I called iAllery, they emailed me a prepaid shipping label, let them know when I had mailed it, and they sent me a new unit.  It works perfectly, and it's quiet at all speeds.  iAllergy is THE best!

I PURCHASED TO EXPENSIVE FURNACE FILTERS FOR ALLERGIES FROM IALLERGY.COM, I INSTALLED ONE OF THE FILTERS AND IT CAME APART AT THE CORNERS 5 DAYS AFTER BEING INSTALLED IN THE FURNACE, IT LOOKS LIKE THE GLUE DIDN'T HOLD ON THE CARDBOARD OF THE FILTER CORNERS, I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED IALLERY.COM AND OFFERED TO RETURN DEFECTIVE FILTER FOR AN EXCHANGE FOR A NEW ONE SINCE THE ONE WITH THE DEFECTIVE CORNERS IS NOT EFFICIENT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IALLERGY.COM REFUSED TO EXCHANGE OF GIVE REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE ITEM 1 WEEK AFTER DELIVERY, I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT THREE M AND MAKE THEM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEFECTIVE FILTER.
I CALLED THREE M AND THEY WERE APPALLED THAT IALLERGY.COM REFUSED TO REPLACE DEFECTIVE FILTER AND REFERRED ME TO THREE M TO REPLACE THE FILTER THAT WAS ONLY ONE WEEK OLD.
I WOULD NOT ADVISE MAKING ANY PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY, DUE TO THE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE.
