Iherb ships the same day you order, if you order on a week day. However, I am in Southern New England and they're in California, so it takes UPS Ground a week or so to get here. But I'm in no rush. Great selection, from Nordic Naturals and Natrol to Purity Products and Source Naturals, pricing sometimes even lower than Amazon.com, and I mean Amazon itself, e.g., Source Naturals products.

The prices are good but there are better places. What I went to Iherb.com for was their customer service. HOWEVER, recently I paid an extra 9.00 to get my order in two days. I placed my order on a Wednsday and did not receive it till the Monday very late. I've shopped many places online and most notified me if my order did not make the cutoff to receive my order in a timely manner especially since I paid the extra 9.00 to receive Friday.

They took their time processing my order, they never notified me it wouldn't be received Friday.

And, their customer service is ran by canned responses from them which is only upsetting me more. They're ridiculous. There are better places with very comparable pricing ... house of nutrition for example.

I placed an order on April 1st, and I received it on April 6th.  I chose standard free shipping (applies to an order over $60), and I was amazed how fast it reached me. 
I always search the reliable and the cheapest store (I'm very careful about shopping online), and I decided on iherb.com with no hesitation. 
I'm on "Bluebonnet, Trimology Licorice Flavonoid Oil" and I would definitely come back to place a re-order with them. 
They also had some other things that I was looking for, and other places didn't have.  I didn't buy those this time, but I would definitely purchase from them when I decided.

I've been a customer for a few years now. I have found that iherb has the lowest prices, a very low shipping rate, very efficient and accommodating customer service, and the fastest shipping I've ever experienced from an online vendor! It is apparent that items are quickly tossed into a box, but speed is far better than neatness to me.

The only drawback I've experienced with iherb is that there is not a product guarantee. You can only return unopened products. If it's an expensive item and you want to try it before committing to it, I would suggest buying from a retail outlet first. If satisfied, buy from iherb thereafter.

The two things that stand out to me when I think of iherb is lowest prices and fastest shipping - you can't beat that! Thank you, Iherb!
