I was able to find items in a timely fashion. It was easy to place my order. I would shop on this site again.

I am absolutely appalled at this business. I made an order on March 6, never received the order. About 4 weeks later, the order arrived. I refused delivery and it was returned via Fedex with tracking number and received by iKitchen's staff. I have sent 8 emails to them, NO ONE REPLIES and I have not yet received a credit. I am absolutely appalled at the way these people run their business, don't they realize that customer service is the #1 most important entity in any business? They don't take telephone calls, otherwise I would have called.

Was thrilled with their prices and inventory but so far extremely disappointed with their delivery and attitude. Last order still has not arrived although they show it shipping ~3 weeks ago. I contacted the store and the first e-mail was not acknowledged. I received a response from their customer service dept. on my second e-mail informing me that my items were back ordered and would not be shipped until the store got them in...in about 2 weeks. If that is the case, I will have to wait for a coffee pot and a toaster oven ~2 months. They should tell customers at the ordering stage that an item is back ordered and not be so cavalier and unresponsive about deliveries. Evidently, this issue continues to plague them and you would think they would make every effort to improve such a significant and common complaint.

I found the shopping quick & have a great variety of excellent brands to select from. The pictures & enlargement were very helpful. Your pricing is wonderful.
I will continue to check out Epinions.com when I do my on line shopping in the future. I am always interested in new products and will be looking in all the departments you offer.

Everything was so easy. I clicked right through it. The Flying Alarm clock has GOT to be an all time award winner. My daughter is a sophomore at college and has a great deal of trouble getting up for those early classes. When we saw the ad for this alarm clock, we cracked up and I immediately went to the computer - but not before calling my sister-in-law. She said "order me four!" And so I have. Thanks for putting so much fun into holiday gift shopping! I will now visit your site for other gift giving ideas - especially since everything went so easily.

The order process was easy and convenient. Since I just ordered, I haven't received the product yet, but based on other reviews, I expect the order to be delivered in about a week. The price beats all others and it was nice receiving the extra 5% discount.

Exetremely easy placing the order. I hope shipping will be just as fast and I am in a hurry to get it. One thing was missing though, there is nothing to tell of a warranty.
