quick and easy ordering process, and I liked the option to opt out of rating the site via yahoo. I would have like a little more information about the product. meaning, even though it looked like the attachment should work with the mixer, I would have liked a confirmation in the product details that said it would work with the Kitchen Aid professional 5 quart mixer. I have not received the order, yet so I cannot comment on order accuracy, customer service or delivery speed.
***UPDATE***
it has been almost three weeks since I ordered it, and I have not received any word or update regarding my order.
I wrote them an email, and they responded back about a day later stating that orders can take up 15 _business_ days. I got my order yesterday. I still have no tracking number, and when I checked a few days ago, no tracking number was listed for my order...yet my order did arrive, technically, in 13 business days.
...be prepared to wait. otherwise fine.

Bad, Late, Annoying, and Unresponsive!

Do you just love receiving damaged merchandise? Do you love receiving merchandise 17 days after you have been charged for it? I bet everyone loves customer service that consists only of form emails with no phone number for mere individual clients (not sure corporate clients fare much better). Do not do business with this company. It is a huge hassle, and the savings do not add up to the trouble or damaged merchandise.
Here is the story. I ordered a vacuum, and I did not receive it for days even though my card had been charged. I threatened to take further action with this company to finally get my vacuum cleaner. After three form emails and absolutely no human response, I finally received the merchandise on February 12th (the day I threatened to take further action). It was damaged. They also have a messed- up return policy as well designed to hold onto your money for another whopping two months. Save yourself the hassle! Shop somewhere reputable. For all I know, the wizard of Oz might be behind that screen of continuous, form emails.

Ouch. Sorry to say that iKitchen has been our worst online experience ever (and we do almost all our ordering online). Their customer service, which is exclusively via email, was very polite and responsive. HOWEVER, the item we ordered has not been delivered in over SIX MONTHS. Email customer service kept assuring us the item was expected 'shortly' and would be sent... Alas, not the case. At last communication they said they did not know if they could fulfill the order. We went to Williams-Sonoma and will have our order in a few days, rather than months and months. I cannot recommend iKitchen, sorry to say.

I ordered a desk lamp and set of extra bulbs. The store never shipped the set extra bulbs even though I paid for it. They are not returning my e-mails, there's no way to call them. I'm thankful that this was not an expensive purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKS AT ALL COSTS, DONT GET LURED INTO THEIR CHEAP PRICING. I did a google search on a particular item and the ikitchen's price was the best that I could find on the whole net. Also, there was a Memorial Day discount on top of that! The link took me directly to the page that I needed, and there was nothing else to do but make my purchase. The actual purchasing process was quick and easy, which summarizes my whole experience with the site. The process was easy, efficient, and I'm excited to get my new juicer!

All I can say is buyer beware. This merchants customer service (ikitchen.com or ekitchengadgtes.com) is only available through email, and when they do return your email request they only send out a generic email that does not address your specific question. They charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order, but here it is over 13 days later, but no item or update on my order status. They will not even look at your order status unless it has been at least 15 business days, since order date. I should have been weary about this merchant, when I read the same customer review to an item on several different item numbers. I have been shopping on the internet for a few years now, but I must say that this has been my worst experience so far. I have asked my credit card company to reverse the charges, since I am unable to contact this merchant by phone

My order was taken online along with my credit card info. A couple days later I got an email saying the items are backordered and my order is on hold until the backorder arrives to ikitchen.com, at which time the order will be shipped and my credit card charged. At least that is what I understand happened. It was unclear. I was not given the option of leaving my order open or closing it.
