My over all satisfaction is excellent. I have been pleased with the speedy deliveries. I have had to return one product which did not work satisfactorily, and it was the easiest process I have ever been through. I never left my house; they picked it up at my front door. I had my new replacement before you got your return! The only negative I've experienced is with your customer service. I wanted to order your KitchenAid $369.99 Mixer. I sent email on 9/13 asking how much it weighs & does it have a guarantee with it? Customer Service replied 9/18 (120 hours later) all they could tell me was what was stated on the on-line ad. What is the sense in having cusomter service if they cannot answer simple questions about your products? You are missing out on a substantial sale just because they cannot answer any questions outside of the on-line ad.

Found unique and interesting products at reasonable shipping rates and good prices . And was able to order gift items and have them shipped directly to the intended party .

Cuisinart is great. My wife has been looking for a quality stock pot for years and now she will have one.

Easy to follow directions, although the initial price was not what came through as the finished price. Perhaps you should check that. And your original pricing at first seemed to be competitive until the end.

All of the items I have ordered have always been shipped quickly and my order has always been filled accurately. Contacting customer service is also easy to do and you will always receive a prompt response. iKitchen stands behind the products they sell. I have ordered from iKitchen many times and I am a satisfied customer!

Product info needs more details to help choose between similar products--in this case T-Fal saute/fry pans. Ordering process was satisfactory.

I ordered something from ikitchen.com on March 17.  Haven't heard a word except that form letter they send as a confirmation stating that "there is a possibility  might be out of stock" and that to contact them it takes 72 hours to respond to any email request, which is ridiculous.  Requested a tracking number after 10 days, never received it.  Obviously this company has a serious problem.  I filed a dispute with PayPal and requested a PayPal refund.  I should have done the research and looked at all the negative reviews on other sites before ordering.

I made an order in April 2009. NEVER received any merchandise, nor any response from Ikitchen. I found many many similar complaints all over the Internet, the Better Business Bureau, resellerratings.com and others.
I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau bbb.org for help. Still no word from Ikitchen.
 Great website but no products nor service. Stay away...

I found the site very easy to navigate and the checkout process was efficient. I hope that the delivery is as awesome as the price I got for this fondue fountain! It was the best price and cheapest shipping! Looking forward to getting my new fountain!

Best price I could find on the item I was looking for...easy to find on site...site even told me a promotional code to save 5% on this order...Hard to beat in this "giveme, giveme don't need no stinking customer service, they'll buy whatever we offer" world of internet shopping..Would recommend to my friends and family and I have.
