I always like visiting ikitchen.com, there is a wide selection of great products and always reasonable pricing. When you have a discount code the pricing will even beat local costco or sam's club pricing. Without the long lines.

They send me a lot of emails with special pricing, one day sales, that sort of thing. Their bargain sales are a great value but you have to know what you are watching for and be ready.

Their shipping is also reasonably priced and reliable. The products will arrive within a few days and packaged well.

UPDATE 2-20-2008 I have had to cancel this order I was not getting a warm and fuzzy this time. When I tried to cancel the order they wrote me that they expected it to ship soon. I contacted my CC company and I received my credit.

I have to say that this is the 1st time I have had to contact my CC company about a bad shopping experience for a refund.



This is my 2nd order iKitchen.com although getting a status on your order might be near impossible in a timely fashion. The item I ordered (Cuisinart PowerPrep Plus Food Processor DLC-2014N) on 22DEC07 was delivered today at my parents house 08JAN08 in perfect condition!
Some reviews for this company were not so flattering but I decided to give them a try.

Today I placed my 2nd order with iKitchen for a Atlas Pasta Machine Motor 8325.

I am very happy and will do business with them again.

I rated Customer Service: Poor only for the poor ability to convey order status information. I received a email of pending shipment quickly but nothing beyond that.

But again I am HAPPY!

Ikitchen.com is a good website with easy navigation and interactivity. If i receive my product on time, then i would definitely come back for more..

My order was processed very fast and easy but the shipping charges need to be lowered. I'll add to my comments depending on how fast and condition of the products after I receive my order.

Placed an order 26 days ago, only email I have is to confirm the order. I have placed 2 emails, no replies, still no product.
I will never order from this company again, I have been charged for the items and never received them. I am currently contacting my credit card company to cancel the charges.
Worst company ever!

It was very easy to shop at ikitchens.com. They have great prices and even had a little extra discount. I found the George Forman grill I was looking for at a great price.

As always my experience was quick and I'm sure the merchandise will be fine. I like the idea of easy check out through Pay Pal.

I have purchase several items at I kitchens. There website is extremly easy to use and the order form worked well.
Shipping was a little high compared to other online stores.

I recieved an email conformation about 2 min. after the order.

I love shopping with iKitchen because you always have exactly what I'm looking for and I receive my order within a few days. The quality is excellent.

Overall, had a decent experience. I had no problems locating the item of choice and was able to dig up some old coupons that still worked. Checkout process was streamlined as most sites are these days. Nothing really seems to set this site apart from the rest of the sites in terms of ordering, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

easy to find, high quality brands at good prices, unfortunately you lose most of what you save with the heavy shipping and handling charges, I will probably stick to paying a little bit more to get from sights with low to free shipping in the future, or go to the store and pay full price if the shipping is going to be so high.
