I could not find the red coupon code to get the additional 5% off my purchases. I could find the instructions on how to enter the code but no reference on where to find the code.

The iKitchen.com site was quick, convenient and spot on. I easily navigated the site mapping and went immediately to the Garage Sale page which had grabbed my eye. I found the item that ended up buying. The price was great and the instant 5% discount was delightful. The 10% discount for the next purchase was an added bonus. Shipping is through a trust carrier. Checkout was flawless. GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!!!!!

Placed an order for a Cuisinart coffee maker. They charged my credit card. Then I waited for an email from them to confirm shipping. After several weeks I sent them an email. They replied that the item was not available and they would provide a refund. Following a few weeks of waiting for a refund I contacted them again. They sent me an email reply stating they would process my refund within 72 business hours. That's about two weeks! I'm still waiting for my refund. Don't buy from this company. I'm hoping they are not scamming people. I recommend performing an internet search before you buy from any store. I learned my lesson.

This time the shopping experience was fine.
I have previously purchased this product before. I am still learning how to judge when the waffles are done. But, the waffles are great. It is very easy to clean up and parts of the waffle maker can be washed or put in the dishwasher.
Last time, I ordered the same product and it had a $10, $15 or $20 rebate or gift card. I really don't remember exactly. The product arrived slowly and I had family visiting when it finally arrived. And then we left to go on vacation the next day. Thus the warranty and paper work wasn't completed before we left.
When I arrived back home and went threw all our mail, I found out the rebate for the gift card (I believe) had already expired. Thus, I lost money on the rebate I expected. I was not happy, yet I am still buying another one because my daughter said she wanted one. Not because of my experience with I-kitchen. The product is now at a lower price, the same price I would have paid with the rebate included, if I had received it!

I interacted with Mila at customer service via e-mail because the first coffee maker I ordered was on backorder and I couldn't wait that long. I cancelled the order and ordered another and Mila expedited the order for me. Great customer service and follow through .. would definitely shop here again and also have told people about the site

I ORDERED A BLACK AND DECKER SPACEMAKER COFFEE POT , I USED IT THREE TIMES AND THAT WAS IT IT SHUT OFF AND COULD NOT USE IT AFTER THAT # ODC440 I REPORTED IT TO IKITCHEN , SOMEONE WAS TO GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 72 HOURS , WELL A WEEK LATER AND I STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE I THINK IT WAS A DEFECT THAT SOMEONE HAD RETURNED CAUSE THERE WAS NO BOOK WITH IT NO HANGING PKG, AND THE BOX HAD BEEN TAPED UP SEVERAL TIMES .....I DONT KNOW HOW ELSE TO HANDLE THIS BUT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT . One out of three items ordered was received in a reasonably timely manner.

Overall it was straight forward, simple to do. The shipping and handling charges were half again as much as the product, which I thought was a too much, but I wanted the product so got it anyway. Any explanation for such high shipping and handling? That alone will keep me from even looking at any other products in the future.

1. The world's smallest camera is not precise in quality.
I am not satisfied with this camera's poor quality of
material.
2. I purchased this camera at $19.95 plus shipping and handling from you. But, I found the same camera at $14.95 Registered price from the department store, Belk. More over, One week later, they advertised the same on a sale price of $9.95.
Accordingly, I purchased it (poor quality product) at least $5.00 plus shipping and handling more expensive(based on their registered price, not on sale price!).
I will be never purchasing any merchandise from you on line!

I ordered the SB900 twice from iKitchen. The first time was back in December/November time frame. It never arrived and my card was never charged. I again tried to make this purchase. I waited almost two weeks and again I did not get it. The most frustrating part of this whole proccess is that I could not track my order since it never shipped. I could not find out any information on my order via the web. I had to call and email. Upon both I was told that the SB900 was discontinued and replaced with the sunbeam sb925. I was offered the sb925, I accepted and they arrived. My problem with your service is that I had to call I had to email, I was the person frustrated because I could not track my item. If there was a way to attach a note to the tracking so I could see that it was discontinued or if there was a way for you all to email me this info instead of me having to do all the work. That would be much better.
