My feedback is a bit premature as I have not received my order yet (since it was just placed). However, I know from past experience that iKitchen.com is a good reputable business to order from.
I am a repeat customer and I have always been satisfied with the merchandise I have purchased from iKitchen.com, as well as the professional and courteous customer support staff available if needed. Five stars for a great online merchant! I would highly recommend this merchant to anyone who is interested in doing business with an established and trustworthy online store.

HORRIBLE! I wish I would have read the reviews before I tried to buy... I ordered a wine fridge, which was never received. My credit card was charged the day I placed the order- and I'm still trying to get a credit. It has been two months and I have seen nothing, finally elevated the issue to my credit card company. Save yourself a lot of hassle and stay AWAY from this place!!

Do NOT ever order anything from this company. I ordered a set of Cuisinart pots and pans ($266) on May 11, 2009. It is now Oct 26 and I still have no product and no money. Never heard from them until early August when I contacted them. They politely responded with their apologies and excuses - Cuisinart was out but would ship shortly. By September I cancelled the order. Research on other sites showed that many had had similar problems. One had reported them to the New York Attorney General. I have accused them of fraud. Last correspondence suggested that I go through my credit card and they would accept the dispute and the CC company would reissue my money. Still waiting on the bank to do their part.

I ordered a coffeemaker with a thermos pot which I think will be ideal for my office. My only disappointment with this excellent site with good prices is that the "Review" and "Shipping Info" tabs were inactive. I would have like to have read other customer's reviews before making my purchase.

Fairly simple. It would be nice to know how you ship - I have both a street address and a post office box, and I couldn't find any link to tell me which address to use. The products are well-priced and you have a good selection.

This was truly and easy as pie experience. I saw this displayed this year before Christmas as one of those must have items. I knew my mom would like this and as soon as I can I am going to get one for me. The price was right and I haven't had it delivered yet so I can't say anymore. I will let you know how I rate this after my mom receives this. She is real picky.

Good, but cautious

I have ordered a Panasonic electric shaver. So far the online shopping experience has been good. I am a little weary because with electronics that are finely tuned sometimes have issues that appear within the first few days of use. I looked at your return policy, but do not like that I would have to pay shipping.
I chose to purchase from y'all because the price is much more competitive than others. I have sacrificed the security of buying my shaver from a major retailer where I can always bring the product back into the store, simply because the price is more attractive. If there was a more convenient way to return a product I would have no reservations.

Placed an order. 10 days later, still showing as "processing". Sent e-mail. No reply. Tried to call them: phone number is for Corporate matters, order support is via e-mail. Sent another e-mail and got a reply that they were out of stock with no estimated arrival date. Had to send another couple of e-mail to cancel my order. If they did not have the product, why they listed as in stock, why they accepted the order, why they never contacted me informing they had nothing to ship?

My experience was largely positive, but the merchant took far too long to ship my product and provided no explanation for this delay in the order status on their website. In today's competitive internet shopping market, customers expect products to ship within a few days, while iKitchen took more than a week and a half with no explanation of this delay. There was no problem with the shipping company itself, but rather with simply getting the order into their hands. Once shipped, I received the order in a timely manner.

The pricing for the produce was great compared to the same item from other sellers. However, I was willing to pay a higher price for the product due to the length of time it took to receive the order. I placed the order on January 5 and it was not shipped until the week of January 15th and I still had not received it by January 22. After I emailed the customer service department to cancel the order, the order magically was availble and was shipped out. I wonder if I hadn't emailed customer service to cancel the order, would I still be waiting for it to be shipped. Very disappointed in the length of time it took to receive my item. I would not buy from this site again for fear that it would take just as long to receive the next order. I would not refer the company unless the person had an indefinite time to wait to receive the order.

My only problem is that I was not informedof a delay in shipping because of the product not being in stock at the time I ordered. Instead of just replying in a day or two if the stock is no longer available, it would be courteous to also let the customer know if there wil be a delay in delivery. I was told in the purchase to expect the p;roduct in at least two weeks. The time came and went and still no product. I guess I should have assumed that there was a delay in shipping as I was not told it was no longer available, but I just assumed it was lost. I had to write an e-mail to find out the expected delivery date. This is my only complaint, as the shopping process is very easy. I am still waiting for my steam vac. Thanks.
