BEWARE iKitchen.com because they advertise items they do not posses in their inventory. They DO NOT do phone in customer service which adds to the frustration of a botched order. They DO NOT mention out of stock or back ordered items. You only find out if you get tired of waiting and email them to find out where your shipment is and then find out it may take weeks or more to maybe get it. Their customer service policy sucks... sorry, it's a fact.

Six weeks ago, I ordered several items from this vendor because I had an e-coupon. I received an email immediately telling me that my order was received but have heard nothing since then in spite of two emails to 'customer service' which, according to their web site, will respond to emails within 72 hours.

I haven't a clue what they are up to or if they are even a real company but they do have my credit card number and that is reason for concern.

Have ordered several items and all were delivered quickly and there were no other problems with the order. Sale prices are lower than anywhere else I have found.

I'm not a computer wizard when it comes to the PC; but they did a terrific job designing this site. It is extremely easy to find what it is you are looking for. This is my first time shopping with I Kitchen and the prices were really slashed, plus I got an additional 5% discount. When I finished my order, they gave me another code to use on my next purchase. It was easy and enjoyed the specials. Liked being able to pay with PayPal. They have good prices on good Name Brand items, so you know that what you are buying will give you many years of use.I have shopped with you before and the item was shipped in a very timely fashion. I have a hard time desiding what I can purchase as there are so many nice item. When I have had to call your customer service they were very nice and helpful and treated me as a person, not just like I was someone on the phone, which I have had happen to me many times.

The e-mail announcements are helpful The website works very well. It gives all the info the shopper needs. The experience is pleasant. When I had occasion to use CDustomer Service, that worked well too. I've bought here before and would expect to again.

Shopping was easy and coupon offer up front so I could save even more. They had the best price I could find.

Have not received order placed Aug 17. No explanation of
delay, no telephone number for customer service, but they have the nerve to send a promotional email. (Nothing else
since 8-17 order confirmation.)

I am waiting for a response to my email. I have a definite problem with any business that does not abide by its own stated policy.

This web site was VERY easy to use. The pages all loaded quickly from the time I clicked continue until the next one displayed. The buttons and navigation I needed to follow tou obtain information and actually complete the order of the product was easy to figure out. The product information was very detailed and the pictures definitely large enough that I could see what the product looks like. I like that I had the choice of using Pay Pal or my credit card, and I especially liked the ability to pre-calculate the shipping charges. Overall, it provides a great user experience and I would definitely use this site again.

Since I was in a bit of a hurry today I didnt have the chance to look at the other products being offered, but from the navigation menu on the left it appears as though the site offers more than just kitchen appliances and utensils... and everything is very competitively priced.

If the delivery is as fast as the site was easy to use I would defiunitely recommend this to my friends -- even those who arent as computer literate!

It is a good place to buy kitchen needs. Easy to make an oder. I wish can have more variety in each product and offer free delivery when purchase certain amount. Thanks.

My wife and my sister in law have bought mixers, bakery devices, beauty products. They received in a really short time and the handling and shipping service was so soon. There are a lot of products that we want to get. my sister in law always gets your sale mails and needs some stuffs because she is improving her house.. so, she will keep in contact with you. Beware! NEVER buy anything from this worthless store.My experience was the same as numerous other people have stated in their reviews. I ordered a shaver they assured me was in stock and would ship in 3 days.I've been waiting 8 weeks and still nothing.They refuse to respond to my e-mails and could care less.I'm canceling the order. STAY AWAY from this place. It is an absolute SHAM!
