This was my first shopping experience with iKitchen.com and I would have to say it was very pleasant. I found what I was looking for and more at a great price.

I searched many places for a dehydrator at a good price and I found the best rate with shipping to my door step at ikitchen.com. It cost a few cents more then running to the outlets 30min away and pay tax, not to mention gas. It was a very easy site to navigate and not too many check out steps.

I love iKitchen.com, this was my first time on the site! It was easy to use, easy to order, and you know I saved a lot of money!

I have found so far, iKitchen.com has been an enjoyable site to shop. Most of their prices and services are some of the best on the web. I'm a 100% disabled vet, and my family is on a fixed income, I have found that every time I shop at iKitchen.com we've saved money, thank God.

Well, so far it has been good, but I just ordered something(a coffee maker) and so I don't know about the delivery speed, customer service, etc.
It was pretty straight forward.

Excellent pricing and easy ordering. A real pleasure to shop online. Looking forward to continued shopping at great prices. A+. There is a wide range of refurbished products as well such that every desired price point is accommodated.

ordered a hot lather machine (which is hard to find) previously from this site/100% satisfied with product, price and delivery

Ordered item 4 months ago. Received no communication until I requested order status several times. Found out then that item was back ordered. iKitchen website states that back ordered orders will be cancelled after 30 days. This didn't happen and the order was not cancelled until I emailed and cancelled it. The order was paid via my Paypal account at the time of order and I have yet to receive a refund.

This company has lost my future business because of their terrible methods of doing business. Case in point: I ordered a product that was supposedly in stock, and paid immediately with my verified PayPal account. I received an email from iKitchen thanking me for the order, and than another email with a UPS tracking number. I assumed that my purchase would be sent in short order, but after a week of checking with UPS I found out that the actual package was NEVER given to UPS, and never scanned into their database.
I have dealt with many etailers over the years and iKitchen is one of the worst!

I ordered a vacuum cleaner. Order page says if item is not in stock you will be notified and also states item ships in 1-2 days. Waited a week and a half. No package. There were no further emails after the initial order. There was no not in stock email, nor your item has been shipped email...nothing. Looked at website to try and track, page did not give me any info. Tracking page was useless. No customer service phone number so that you can call. Customer service at website asks that you wait 3 weeks before contacting. But due to the fact that I had no vacuum cleaner and house was a mess, I sent them an email asking about my order. I received a prompt reply telling me that the item I ordered was out of stock. I thought they notified if this happened??!! Emailed back to cancel my order.
Next morning called BeachCamera's PHONE NUMBER and placed my order. I went with the no shipping charge, I didn't want to pay extra for quicker delivery. THE VERY NEXT DAY FedEx arrived with my Vacuum cleaner!! Wish I would have called BeachCamera first.

Best price for same product found on various websites. Easy to locate exact product desired, using iKitchen.com. Will shop on iKitchen.com in the future.

wide range of products, good prices. On a previous purchase, glasses arrived broken and I cannot get customer service to return my email about how to return the items. I cannot find a phone number to call customer service, and have sent two emails which have not been returned. One of the most important issues for me is responsiveness to customer problems or questions--and here iKitchen.com fails miserably. If they can improve in this area, my satisfaction will also improve.

Excellent. Began shopping iKitchen a couple of months ago when looking for a wall mounted fan and couldn't find it anywhere. Google and got you.
I have bought several item since then. Very happy with the quality merchandise. It is good to find a merchant that I can trust for great prices...quick delivery...and a customer friendly return policy.
I'll be back often to check out the values at iKitchen.
