Our product was very late. When contacted, the merchant told us that the product was delayed because it was out of stock. When they finally shipped it, it was the wrong product (similar, but not what we wanted). They informed us that the product we ordered was no longer available, and therefore they sent us the other one. I returned their product and received full refund (however, minus the shipping charges we incurred to ship the product back). I since purchased the product we wanted at amazon.com. My complaint is that the merchant should have contacted us prior to shipping the wrong product. They should not have assumed that the other product would have been acceptable to us. Ordering on line is easy, but returning unwanted products thru the mail is a big hassle! Read more

I placed 2 separate orders with this merchant on the same day, within minutes or couple hours of each other. I received an e-mail confirmation for both orders. One of the orders were partially completed, it took about 10 days for the person to receive one of the gifts (without the gift note that was added to the order) from the first order. The second item on the same order was never sent. The second order was never sent too. I tried waiting, its been almost a month, I received no phone call or e-mail. I filled out a form on the website which is the only way to contact the company and still, it has been 1 week, i received no reply. This is horrible customer service and I can not even get in touch with customer service to complain. Its even ambarrassing because both orders were gifts. he item was junk. The "camera" is a TOY, which was not specified in the advertisement. The "software" which was included did not download properly, hence it was unusable and caused problems with my Windows XP operating system. Finally, there was no Merchant Customer Service contact information included with the item, so I have been unable to ask for a refund of the purchase price and the inflated shipping & handling costs. Not Happy -- Bought a vacuum in April 2006, received the vacuum April 27, 2006, and On April 28 returned the vacuum because it didn?t work. The vacuum was received on May 1, 2006 and processed on May 2, 2006 in Kitchen & Home Returns Dept. Haven?t heard a thing about receiving a new vacuum from Kitchen & Home. I have to call to find out what is going on. I have been told a shipment for the Dyson vacuum will be in on Friday and your new vacuum will be shipped on Monday. I was told this when I sent the vacuum back and the two times that I have called last call was on 5-16-06.
I would like some customer service which means I am not told a shipment is coming in when in fact it is not. I would also like to be informed on when I will get the new Dyson DC15 Animal Vacuum. To be reimbursed for returning the vacuum that didn?t work would also be nice. I e-mailed the receipted on May 16, 2006 for reimbursement asked for a replied that the receipt was received and forward to the appropriate person for release of payment. Never got that reply.

I received a pressure frying pan, not a pressure cooker. I exchanged this for the correct item. However, I feel the first item was misrepresented on the website and I shouldn't have had to pay $20.75 return postage in order to exchange it for the correct pressure cooker. There were many emails back and forth and also phone calls. At one point one of the customer service reps thought I wanted a rice cooker. The communication was awful. There was no recourse for me to speak with a supervisor. I wrote a letter to the company on the advice of the manufacturer of the pressure cooker. My letter was mailed on September 25, 2006 and I have not received a reply. Read more
