Received merchandise as a factory reconditioned unit. Oven /- button to change digital temperature and clock did not work. I am now being told I can send it to a repair shop 250 miles from home, hince more shipping charges. I ended up only saving $22.00 which will more than eaten up by shipping to repair shop. They only give a store credit or exchange for same item. I am afraid to order anything else for fear of another defective item that was supposedly checked and double checked in the products own factory (that was the selling point for me). I can get defective merchandise for a lot less money at a yard sale!

Is this a "bait and switch" tactic? I ordered the Euro-Pro Convection Toaster Model TO289 RB. That is what also shows on my packing slip. But what did I get? (A refurbished Euro-Pro regular Toaster Oven Model TO284. Is it really that hard to match up packing slip model number with what is on a carton? Also, I could have ordered a brand new model TO284 from two other companies that sold it for only $29.99. Why would anyone in their right mind expect to purchase a refurb. at a higher cost? This purchase has been unbelievably wrong from the "get-go"! The only thing this company could do for me at this point is offer for me to keep this piece of junk by refunding all my money except for maybe $10.00. That is about what this thing is worth to me. Can someone...anyone...make this company pay attention to its customers?

It was my error not ikitchen's. I guess I just thought that by filling out all the info on your web site that pay pal would pay. I was missing a step.
Sorry for inconvenience. I had to cancel one order and reorder the product using my credit card. It would have been better if I could have reached someone in the evening to straighten this out before i lost a night's sleep. I was worried that I would not be able to get the same deal. It all worked out.
I am disappointed because I thought I would have my grill by Friday and now I won?t receive it til next week.
I am a first time pay pal user and did not understand what had to be done. Maybe you can put further instructions on the web site to make it easier for us new users.

My only issue with this merchant was duplicate shipping charges. The item I ordered (vacuum cleaner) was listed at $119 but was overweight so the product description noted an additional $25 in s/h. But at checkout there was an additional $19 charged for s/h. I purchased the product, but I don't think I should have been charged twice for s/h.

Ordered the 205.00 iron on 2/26, still have not received it.
They never contacted me to let me know it was out of stock, backordered, etc. I had to use their email contact system the second time to get a response. The second email from their customer seervice rep. still did not tell me when I could reasonably expect to receive it, and was sarcastic.
I chose this merchant over one with a better price because of it's good BBB and others ratings.
I wish I'd never heard of them. I wouldn't have ordered it if I didn't need it.
Oh yes, they did offer me a 5% discount for the delay.Whoopee!!
Thank you for this service of feedback on companies so maybe others won't have to go through what I did.

After almost 2 weeks with no contact, I sent an angry email, 2 or 3 days later I received a reply, telling me it was on backorder, (even though they said I would be notificed in 2 or 3 days if it was put on backorder and in the meantime, their ad continued to state item was in stock and usually ships in 2 or 3 days). Their email stated that when it became available the shipping would be expedited. Is over 3 weeks now, have received UPS notice that it was billed to UPS and is being shipped by ground UPS (so much for expedited shipping) and now their estimated delivery date has been missed. I will NEVER buy from them again, just seems like lies and constant misrepresentations. Had I known it was going to take a month, I would never have bought from them in the first place. I still don't know if it really is coming or when to expect it.

I have no tracking number to know where my order is or if it was even shipped. The order was placed on 2/10/07 and today is 2/18/07 and I still do not know any more about my order then the day I ordered it.
