This product was purchased early on Tuesday and it still has not shipped. This is clearly longer than the 24hours advertised. This is not a peak mailing time. Customer service said it takes 5 days to ship when I called them. This is not what they advertised on the website. I purchased this item as a gift and it is not going to make it in time. I would not have purchased had I known it was going to take over two weeks to receive.

When we ordered the product, the order form said the product would ship in 1-2 days. After we placed the order, we got a receipt that said the product could take up to FIVE days to ship. In checking back at the the ikitchen web site, it said not to bother them until FIFTEEN days after the order date. We finally received a UPS tracking order that indicated the expected delivery date to be Dec. 18. It is Dec. 19 and we still have no vacuum cleaner! The UPS site still shows that only the billing information has been sent to them and they have received no shipment. THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! My current vacuum cleaner broke, it's the holiday season, and my rugs are filthy since I've been waiting TWO WEEKS for a vacuum cleaner I thought was going to ship in 1-2 days. I'm going to have to go out and buy a different vacuum cleaner so I can clean my house. I AM VERY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had expected a new product, but received a refurbished one. That they were selling refurbished products was not at all clear on the web page featuring the product. It was not noted at check-out, on the invoice, on any of the e-mails I received from the merchant, nor at Yahoo Shopping which compared iKitchen's price with other merchants offering new products. The product offered should have been listed clearly as REFURBISHED Cuisinart coffeemaker. When I checked the iKitchen website again, I noticed some tiny print at the bottom of the page indicating that it was refurbished. I believe this was intentionally misleading.

I received the Fire Truck two weeks after the order but the Pink pedal car is still on back order 2 months later. I was told that it is on back order from the manufacturer but checking with other merchants, they can deliver in few days. These items are prepaid. I have another Instep pedal car and the items are well manufactured. I just can't believe that it is on back order for this long. I would not buy from this vendor again.

I cancelled order after calling to check on the status. The Customer Service Representative answered right away, was quick with the information (item would not ship until the end of March) and cancelled my order upon request without delay. I would not order from this merchant again because the item I ordered was listed with them as "in stock" and I only found out it was not after several days waitting and then calling to find out where it was.
