this is a complete scam operation. I placed an oredr over the internet, then realized that I need to change the order, I then called them, and finally after multiple trys I got through, the man on the phone was rude right at the start. When I assked to change a Hitachi camera for an Canon Camera, he started asking if i wanted to buy other things. I said I only wanted the camera and what came with that camera. He said that nothing came with the camera. I said that on the canon site it says what comes with the camera. He said that I was not getting the same camera. I said what do you mean that I am not getting the same camera, He said, that camera costs over 1,000.00 dollars, you don't get that one, its another camera. I immediately felt the scam, and said that I wanted to cqancel the order, he slammed the phone down in my ear. I did not call back.
since I had already used my credit card for the initial internet order, I felt that it was completely unsafe to do so with such a company. Now I have to worry that my credit card has been compromised.
I also contacted Canon about this. If someone is selling canonn cameras that aren't really canon ncameras, or not the ones that they claim to be, this is fraud.

The price was good but the sales person will talk to you on buying more even though you are already set to what you want to buy. After they have talked to you on buying more and you agreed to it that's it you are now trap to their 10% policies inspite that is just a minute ago and you just want to go back to your original order you made online. For example with my experience when I bought my digital camera they told me that the camera does not include a charger, the battery is just 20 minutes and so forth and they convince me of buying this beacuse what I am getting is just a camera. Was trying to purchase a laptop computer for my son's birthday, placed the order with Infinity Cameras since they had the best price. Web site said nothing about not in stock or on back ordered. Called before ordering to find out if the product I wanted was in stock and to verify pricing information that was listed. The first person I talked to was an *A.H.* The next person I talked to told me that they had the product in stock. I verified the price with them and then proceeded to order online. I ordered on 10/28 and 10/29. It is now 11/9 and I do NOT have the product. I sent an e-mail to get an ETA, no response. I sent another e-mail asking for an ETA, and this is what I received:
"Thank you for contact us, please contact customer service regarding your order. You can also contact your salesperson."
This is from *CUSTOMER SERVICE*???? Some customer service!
I proceed to call the *customer service* line and was told that the product was on backorder and I wouldn't receive the product for 2-3 more weeks. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?! When I was on the phone with *customer service* I was told that they had the *package* in stock, but that was a higher price. I asked why I was told that they had the specific product that I needed in stock, when they really don't!

The merchant listed a $310 (approx) price for the Nikon Coolpix 8700 digital camera. Not believing that price for what is normally a nearly $1000 camera, I called before ordering. After the salesman assured me the price was accurate and that the camera was in Nikon's retail box, I placed the order.
After placing the order, an email arrived asking me to call to complete my order. Upon calling, I was told that I had ordered a camera without battery, charger, cables, software, lens cap, strap, etc. -- all of which are included in Nikon's retail box per Nikon! The "gentleman" fromt he retailer then tried to get me to buy at greatly inflated prices (e.g., $70 for a battery Nikon sold on their website for $35 and $150 for the charger Nikon sold at $25) all the things which they must havge removed from the box. Ended up cancelling the order because merchant site (nor customer service reps) did NOT disclose VITAL information about the products they offer. Specifically, does NOT state ANYWHERE that the item offered was an IMPORT MODEL, DID NOT CONTAIN THE USUAL ACCESSORIES described by the manufacturer, and that it TAKES 4-6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY--even though the site offered (and accepted) my choice of 2-day shipping charges!!! The customer service when contacted was very rude.
When I placed the order the sales rep informed me that I would receive the product in 2/3 weeks.
After a week it was not shipped.
I called their customer service (Mr.Loide) who told me that it is currently in Malaysia, not available in stock in the USA, who knows if it will arrive, it will take 8 to 9 weeks.
In addition he made me aware of components missing from the box that I was not disclosed at the purchase.
He told me that he was disclosing it because of good customer care, I told him that he was just covering the hole and gaps of his company lack of customer customer serivce.

Purchased an Olympus Camedia C-765 camera. Then after calling them and emailg them I was told that they did not have the Camera and it would be another 3 weeks or so till they have it. This place is a scam. They offer too good to be true prices on all products, it is, and this is why. We placed two different orders for the same camcorder. Order 1 was placed five days before order 2; however, order 2 was completed and not order 1. On both orders, the salesperson tried to sell us overpriced accessories. On order 1, we declined on all the extra accessories and on order 2, we accepted all the accessories. Order 1 was first in stock, then the tracking order was not correct, then the item never arrived, then it was out of stock. Yet, the same camcorder was in stock for order 2 with all the extra accessories. So, order 1 was cancelled and order 2 was processed and shipped. Unfortunately, order 2 arrived 2 months after the order was confirmed. In short, this place only confirms orders with overpriced accessories added on to them. This place makes its money from the accessories. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Oh, and by the way, our credit card was overcharged! We told customer service (which is also the salespeople) about the charge. It still hasn’t been adjusted. It took us four months to get a refund and that was only for the camcorder. Accessories were non refundable! Yet, there is no policy that says that at all! At the present time we have submitted letters to the Attorney Generals Office and are awaiting word. Read more

I would not recommend anyone ever doing business with this company. They do not provide details on what is included with the purchase, then they send you a note saying you need to confirm the order, then they explain what is not included so they can pressure you into buying additional items, once done the rude customer service person (Adam) told me I would get my order in 4-6 weeks which I responded was not acceptable. This vendor, along with four others on-line stores I ran into while shopping for a digital camera, are doing BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. They listed on the websites that the very specific item I was looking for IS IN STOCK. I event called to confirm with a sales rep that the very single merchadise I am looking for is indeed available; when so, at the same time, I filled the order form and submitted the purchase order on-line. The next day, I follow-up with the vendor on my order shipping process, the same sale-rep turned around trying to sale me the "package deal" with bundled in other things that I have no need for. When I refused the bundled package, they said they don't have the merchandise I ordered.
I find it's a waisting of valuable time dealing with this vendor. And, this type of business practice have no value to the consumer. I hope to share my BAD EXPERIENCE, wasting three valuable days dealing with five of these type of vendors, while shopping for my digital camera will be known, so other shoppers can avoid these vendors all together. Once the item was ordered they call you to sell you a warranty that is INCLUDED from the manufacture. Or they attempt to sel you a warranty that is too good to be true, I wasn't going to buy and fing out though. They said that it came without a warranty, I put them on hold and called sony directly, I was assured by sony that it came with a warranty no matter what they said. I then declined the warranty from Infiniti and was proptly told that the laptop was now on back order and it would be atleast three weeks or more. I went ahead for the purchase as they listed the item at $969, below the $1099 elsewhere. As soon as i said' go ahead', they hoisted a $300 'deluxe kit' that they said had the 4 hr battery pack. Lter I was to realise that the battery is a standard battery you get with the laptop anyway. So although i ended up paying $1270, same as elsewhere, the way they went about it was really not very nice. The product could not be tracked, they said, because it shipped from another location. I ordered the camera on October 11th, and still haven't received it. The confirmation email was sent out right after the order was placed, but it took me sending an email asking where the camera was a week later to have them tell me that they didn't have any in stock. I was then told that the camera would be charged to my credit card and sent when ever they got some in, although there was no estimated time for this. First I viewed the product online and decided to call in to order, I guess it made feel more secure when talking to a real person. First they asked me what I want then tried to sell me a lot of other stuff that I don't need. I told the salesman I don't need anything else and he seemed frustrated about me not buying anything else right on the spot. Then he was going to charge me $50 for S&H while online was only $30, so I decided not to order on the phone, and I filled up all the information and purchased it online. the camera was supposed to be shipped in 24-48 hours and received in 7 to 14 days(since they said to have it in stock. contacted them after 2 weeks and to my surprise they said that I should've know that was on back order. The sales person said that I will receive it in 2 weeks. Called back in two weeks and I was told that again was on back order wait 4 to 6 weeks, so I cancelled the order. The sales people did not act like professionals and were upset when I cancelled the order. I will never do any business with this company and if you decide to do so be aware of the planned unannounced delays, and lack of professionalism. This was my worst experience shopping online.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. I had placed an order for the laptop on-line and the transaction went through with no problems. But because I was in such a hurry to recieve my computer, I followed-up on my purchase the next day with a phone call, and I was quite lucky to have done so. After being transferred to the thrid representative (with a relatively short wait) I was told that they in fact did not have the model I want but I was offered a refurbished one. And the best deal they could offer was an extended warranty on the laptop with no discount on the original price. Needless to say I immediately cancelled my order and sought another company. The camera I ordered, although new, does not come with the Nikon accessories
that should be provided in the Nikon factory sealed box. Aparently in order
for Infiniti Photo (I.F.) to get you hooked on their price, they itemize
each accessory (that you need to operate the camera) and charge you
accordingly. So, when you shop at I.F., expect to pay upwards of $300-$500
more than the displayed price on the item you wish to purchace. I.F. does
not have a disclaimer mentioning this little "bait and switch" scheme
anywhere on the web site. Only when you order online do they call you a few
days later to advise you that the item they shipped needs to be accompanied
by additional items; not to mention, at a premium price, in order for you to

Ordering online was a snap. Then I received a phone call six (6) days later to "finalize" my order, which I came to learn meant they wanted me to buy accessories and extended warranties for the camera. The gentleman wasn't pushy or rude, I just thought the call was intrusive and felt as though I had been set up for a telemarketer. If I had wanted any accessories, I would have ordered them while I was on the website. After all was said and done, the camera was shipped eleven (11) days after I placed my order. I did choose to pay extra (a lot extra) to assure delivery before I left on an extended vacation. Although it began at a great price, it didn't end up being such a good deal. Several days after I got the order confirmation I received an e-mail that said that I had to telephone them in order to verify my order. When I called, I was subjected to high-pressure selling for accessories, and was even told that those that Nikon listed as supplied with the camera were really an extra kit that had to be paid for extra. The item posted for sale on line was not available at the advertised price. In order to complete the sale I HAD TO purchase two other items at highly inflated prices bringing the really good deal up to nothing but the common street price.

They offered what looked like a good deal on the camera. They confirmed my order with an email confirmation. Then, a few days later they sent me an email saying they received my order but I needed to call them. When I called they said they were out of stock (several days after already confirming my order). I said I would wait for it. They said I would get a discount for waiting and wanted to know if I wanted to purchase a 4 or 6 hour battery. The Canon cameras are supposed to ship with battery, charger, manual, software, etc. They said the camera came with nothing. I asked if it didn't even come with a manual; they said no. I asked if Canon knew they were operating that way; they skirted the question. There was no indication at all on the website that I should expect to not receive the manufacturer warranty and accessories. I do not appreciate their gimmick to lure me in with a low price and then offer what I am supposed to get at inflated prices.
Also, while I was in the middle of speaking with the representative, he began cutting up with a fellow employee. I sat there and waited for well over a minute listening to his conversation before he came back to me.

I want to buy a laptop of Toshiba P35-S609
and it was advertised for a price of USD 1349.00 plus shipping came up to a total of USD 1417.95. After ordering via the internet I got an e-mail to contact your company.
They told me if I buy with an international credit card even if the merchandise remain in the US the price will jump up to USD 1649.00. That is an increase of USD 300.00 or 22 %. I am sure you understand my disappointment since I want to give this as a present a friend of mine in the US.

At first their questions seemed legit-- "is the mailing address and billing address the same?" and "would you like a carrying case with it?" But when he asked if I wanted to buy a battery with it (something that this camcorder is supposed to be packaged with), my suspitions were raised. The final blow came when I was asked if I wanted the English or Malasian version. What do you know--the Engish version was $200 more. They did not say on the web page that you had to buy the charging cord separate, so they would have sold me a $700 dollar camera that I could only use once, that should have been stated that I would have to buy each device needed to basically operate the camera more than once, in fact most equipment that has batteries tells you to charge them first, so in reality I would not have been able to use this camera at all with buying the necessary equipment to just make the camera operational, not a god way to run a business. The online transaction was flawless and the web site responded without making me wait. After that, I expected to get a shipping confirmation via email. Instead, I received an email asking that I call the merchant to confirm the order. I called the number and spoke with a representative. He verified the order information and checked stock on the item. All was well and I thought this is a done deal. The representative then asked me if I'd like a case with the computer. I stated, "No, thanks." He then asked if I wanted a warranty. I said, "No, I'll just take the warranty that it comes with." He told me that it doesn't have a warranty from the manufacturer. In disbelief, I challenged his answer knowing that Fujitsu offers a one-year warranty. He then asked me if I'd like a charger with the unit since it didn't come with one. Again, in disbelief, I challenged him. I've never heard of an electronic device with a rechargeable battery that didn't come with a means to charge it. He insisted that it didn't come with a charger.
It was then that I asked that the order be canceled. I should have been skeptical with their $71 UPS Ground shipping charge. Seems a bit excessive for a computer that weighs about 3.5 lbs. These tactics caused the whole transaction to fail.

A total effort in futility. Their ad promised a maximum of 3 days to fulfill order. I placed my order (2 weeks before xmas) and paid extra for overnight delivery. I waited 5 days, called for status of order and got shuffled from one person to another. None would give me status on order. All each guy wanted to do was sell me additional merchandise. Finally, I badgered/repeatedly asked the fourth guy "All I want to know is the status of my order" until he asked me when I wanted my merchandise. I replied "Tomorrow". He said "No way", proceeded to try and sell me more merchandise and promise me that I would receive my order, and anything else I would order now, by Xmas (9 days). Camcorder was at apparent deep discount.
During phone call (from infinity camera), the seller told me that it did not include the battery (not a big surpise due to low price). They then asked what battery I wanted to order. However, they would not provide the Part number of the battery or confirm the capacity, and would only give vague reference to hours it will last (which can be misleading since this number differs depending on the camcorder used). The prices appeared to be marked up about 2X above normal full retail value. When I requested no battery, they said delivery would be 10 weeks or longer (for an in-stock item)! When I questioned this, they said they were cancelling the order and abruptly hung up. If they had simply provided the actual battery info (web site is also vague on this), I may still have purchased if the total price of camcorder plus large capacity battery was resonable, but they killed their own sale by hiding needed info and being rude when the info was requested. However, after 2 days (by which time I had anticipated the camera to have been shipped) I received a telephone call from "customer service" to obtain the security code from the back of my credit card. In reality, the whole thing call was a "hard sell" for camera accessories. When I refused to purchase other items, the "customer service" representative, Luke, mentioned a rebate on the item I was purchasing (which I already knew about and had printed out from other sources.) Infiniticamera's website had not mentioned the rebate at all and my printed invoice showed a total price of $385. When I questioned Luke further, it was revealed that the "price" shown on my online invoice was after the rebate of $100.00 and my charge card was actually being charged $485 for the purchase. I cancelled the order but as far as I am concerned this was pure "bait and switch" tactics since my invoice clearly showed authorization for a charge of $385. Plus, I had to go through this whole sales presentation for about 20 other items that I did not want. What is the point of comparing prices and buying online when you end up having to deal with this kind of sleaze anyway? The initial order processed on Friday was great, including the price...I bought 2 CPUs.
On Monday received a phone call verifying the delivery address, then I was told that the price for the RB34 was $100.00 more each than the sales receipt generated by their computer indicated. Since I would not pay the extra $200.00 the order was cancelled!
Tried to talk with "Customer Service" and they were no help!
Called "Sales" and tried to talk with a "manager" and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Called "management" again and was placed on hold again...later told no one available...were in a meeting.

Advertise equipment they don't have and don't sell. AFTER you go through all the tedious order entry and credit card info, they send you an e-mail later saying the product has been "oversold" and they are cancelling your order. To whom it may concern,
The representative from Infinity photo, Ted, who contacted us by phone was not very helpful. He first called our administrative assistant and succeeded in pressuring her to agree to add a battery charger to our original package. The original bill was for $424.74 for FINEPIX S7000 KIT #1. With the addition of one battery charger the price ballooned to $515.00! $89.26 for a simple AA battery charger? Ridiculous.
When I spoke to Ted, he tried to pressure me to buy a different CF card using deceptive arguments. Particularly he claimed a 30sec write time for every picture and a 3Mpixel limitation with the 128MB card included. The first statement is only true for the largest picture setting and the second statement is not true at all. Even though I did not agree to any more additions to the package, this made for an unpleasant experience.
In addition to this, when I asked for a tracking number for UPS shipping, Ted told me it would cost $35 for insurance and a tracking number. When I asked him for a tracking number only, he said this could not be done. Any quick check of UPS policy will show that this feature is free. This is confirmed by the existence of a tracking number posted on the shipping label when we received the package.
Other than our disappointing experiences with the representative, Ted, the product is what we expected. Still, I would not recommend Infinity camera to any of my associates or friends and will not personally buy anything from them again.

They advertised a great price on the Canon SD500. I ordered it from the net. Five days latter, I received an email asking me to call to confirm my purchase. I did, and found that their great price was for a camera body only, no battery, no memory card, nothing more. If I wanted the camera as packed for use, I had to add another $70. I consider this nothing more than a bait and switch scam. Especially since the web page with the price did not specifically say this was camera body only and you would have to buy the minimum stuff to make it workable separately.
My Rating: Avoid this company: they are dishonest and are trying to scam you. The only good things I can say is that at least they sent an email requiring a call before they shipped the useless camera body, and they did process an order cancellation very quickly. Read more

This place is nothing but a scam and rip off store! Primetime live needs to do an investigation and put them out of business! I placed my order and got a confirmation email that it was done. The next day I get another email asking me to call. I called numerous times and was hung up on several times. Despite me leaving a message, they never called me back. The next day I tried to call again only to get a recording they were closed for the holiday (I was unaware there was any holiday and even searched online and could not find one). Finally I get them and have some obnoxious person who barely spoke English tell me the camera I ordered was not in stock, but I could upgrade to a much more expensive one that was. I cancelled my order immediately and the person slammed down the phone on my ear. I never got anything to validate the order was cancelled. It really disgusts me that these people can take orders and obtain personal information about people when they do not even have the items in stock. I am changing my credit card number because from the reviews I read, this business has nothing in stock ever and I wonder what their interest in having my personal information was.
