They told me on the day I ordered the product, they had plenty nikon d50"s it in stock. Several days after I ordered the product, my card that was used to buy the nikon d50 had still not been charged. I called them and asked why. They told me there was a back order, and it would be several weeks. I cancelled the order and will not buy any products from them again. Unorginized.

They offered what looked like a good deal on the camera. They confirmed my order with an email confirmation. Then, a few days later they sent me an email saying they received my order but I needed to call them. When I called they said they were out of stock (several days after already confirming my order). I said I would wait for it. They said I would get a discount for waiting and wanted to know if I wanted to purchase a 4 or 6 hour battery. The Canon cameras are supposed to ship with battery, charger, manual, software, etc. They said the camera came with nothing. I asked if it didn't even come with a manual; they said no. I asked if Canon knew they were operating that way; they skirted the question. There was no indication at all on the website that I should expect to not receive the manufacturer warranty and accessories. I do not appreciate their gimmick to lure me in with a low price and then offer what I am supposed to get at inflated prices.
Also, while I was in the middle of speaking with the representative, he began cutting up with a fellow employee. I sat there and waited for well over a minute listening to his conversation before he came back to me.
I told them to cancel my order and they did.

I want to buy a laptop of Toshiba P35-S609
and it was advertised for a price of USD 1349.00 plus shipping came up to a total of USD 1417.95. After ordering via the internet I got an e-mail to contact your company.
They told me if I buy with an international credit card even if the merchandise remain in the US the price will jump up to USD 1649.00. That is an increase of USD 300.00 or 22 %. I am sure you understand my disappointment since I want to give this as a present a friend of mine in the US.
Please ensure that this will not happen again.

They advertised the camera at a very low price. After ordering, I received an e-mail stating I would have to call to confirm the order. When I called, I was asked if I wanted a number of accessories at a ridiculously high price. When I didn't want any accessories, the camera body only was suddenly not in stock. I cancelled the order.

Placed the order online which had shown the item in stock only to receive a phone call more than 24 hours later advising me the item was not available and that no back-order option was available, however the sales person was more than eager to try and sell me a product costing more than twice as much. DO NOT BUY FROM BIG ON DIGITAL.

My experience with Infinity Cameras was terrible. They offered the product at an incredibly low price; they said they had the product, but they didn't. They tried the old bait and switch. Keep your distance from these folks!

Company called to verify credit card and after verification proceeded to state that I must purchase battery and accessories as purchase was camera only. I refused further purchases. Operator became very indignant and offered no other information. I called in 4 days and was curtly told it would be 3-4 wks as camcorder shipment not in. When asked, operator informed me that software and usual acessories were with camcorder. One week later was told when I called it would be at least4-6 wks as orders were backlogged. 30 min later received only correspondence initiated from company that due to excessive demand,item was oversold and my order was cancelled by shipping department.

They called to "confirm" the order. In the process the caller tried to sell me another $400 of equipment that I "needed." Very high pressure. I originally agreed, but the next day I called back to cancel my order. They would not cancel it immediately. The person I spoke to told me to "jump in the lake." He also said my cancellation confirmation was "cannisht" which is Yiddish for you've got nothing. I've contacted Master Card to complain. These people should have their merchant's ip # cancelled.

Website indicated product was in-stock. Website also indicated inventory had been updated two hours earlier. Product was not in stock. E-mail from vendor stated I should call to "verify" order. When I called, I was told item would not be available for 4 to 6 weeks. After that phone call, I checked vendor's website again and it indicated product was in stock and that inventory had been updated just hours earlier. It appears to me that vendor either does not maintain an inventory for sale, but rather orders upon sale, or "baits" customers with products it does not have available.

Attempted to purchase the digital camera. Web site showed the item in stock so I ordered it online. Called a few hours later to confirm everything was ok and was told that camera was not in stock. I had to cancel the order. This is a very familiar pattern at this particular retailer.
