Products are misrepresented on the sellers website ... I was told on the phone that the item was in-stock, then received an e-mail saying that it wasn't. I would have been even more upset if the item had actually shipped due to the misrepresentation of it on the website.

Ordered item onlin. Victor, who was very curteous and professional, phoned me at home to verify my order and that I was the appropriate credit card holder (this part of the transaction I liked). The following day, however, I received an e-mail notifying that the product was not in stock and would take approximately 3 weeks to receive. I could not wait that long, so found another website to purchase my computer. I was initially attracted to Infinity because they had the lowest price for the product. My suggestion would be to have product supply information readily available to customer service so as to prevent taking orders for items not currently in stock.

I thought I was going to get an awesome deal. WRONG! If you are going to buy something that requires batteries or a charger DON'T! If you do, goto eBay and buy them. It is like the old bait and switch. Cheap pricing, BUT WAIT you have to buy this and this and this to make it work! PLEASE!
I have bought many items from the internet before and this takes the cake. I ordered my camera with overnight shipping and when it did not come I had to call THEM. Said before they shipped it they wanted to know if I wanted a battery and charger??? I informed them their website says nothing about NOT having either. Was going to cost an additional $250.00 for the CHEAPEST set. I was like WTF????
Cancelled my order............
One last thing, the day I placed my online order the price was $381.00, the next day it was $575.00 and you still had to buy the battery and charger seperate!! Can you say rip off????

Camcorder was at apparent deep discount.
During phone call (from infinity camera), the seller told me that it did not include the battery (not a big surpise due to low price). They then asked what battery I wanted to order. However, they would not provide the Part number of the battery or confirm the capacity, and would only give vague reference to hours it will last (which can be misleading since this number differs depending on the camcorder used). The prices appeared to be marked up about 2X above normal full retail value. When I requested no battery, they said delivery would be 10 weeks or longer (for an in-stock item)! When I questioned this, they said they were cancelling the order and abruptly hung up. If they had simply provided the actual battery info (web site is also vague on this), I may still have purchased if the total price of camcorder plus large capacity battery was resonable, but they killed their own sale by hiding needed info and being rude when the info was requested.

I received a prompt order confrimation and no further coorespondence. I attepted to contact teh vendor by emial for a status update wih now response after 5 days. I will be concelling the order if no responce by the 7th day.

They have not shipped my order because I did not order an battery and charger I said to them that the camera has a charger and battery with it they said it does not I called Cannon USA and Cannon said that it comes with the battery and charger. I have sent 3 emails to support but none have been answered I have called 5 times cannot get anyone to talk with me. This company is trying charge me for a battery and charger that comes with the camera.

I thought that I had purchased a Fuji S9000 camera online for $385 (the lowest price shown on ShoppingCartUSA's merchant survey.) However, after 2 days (by which time I had anticipated the camera to have been shipped) I received a telephone call from "customer service" to obtain the security code from the back of my credit card. In reality, the whole thing call was a "hard sell" for camera accessories. When I refused to purchase other items, the "customer service" representative, Luke, mentioned a rebate on the item I was purchasing (which I already knew about and had printed out from other sources.) Infiniticamera's website had not mentioned the rebate at all and my printed invoice showed a total price of $385. When I questioned Luke further, it was revealed that the "price" shown on my online invoice was after the rebate of $100.00 and my charge card was actually being charged $485 for the purchase. I cancelled the order but as far as I am concerned this was pure "bait and switch" tactics since my invoice clearly showed authorization for a charge of $385. Plus, I had to go through this whole sales presentation for about 20 other items that I did not want. What is the point of comparing prices and buying online when you end up having to deal with this kind of sleaze anyway? Plus, if I had gotten the camera ... with the charge for $485, a return would have undoubtedly garnered me a restocking fee!!!!!!!!!!!!

The initial order processed on Friday was great, including the price...I bought 2 CPUs.
On Monday received a phone call verifying the delivery address, then I was told that the price for the RB34 was $100.00 more each than the sales receipt generated by their computer indicated. Since I would not pay the extra $200.00 the order was cancelled!
Tried to talk with "Customer Service" and they were no help!
Called "Sales" and tried to talk with a "manager" and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Called "management" again and was placed on hold again...later told no one available...were in a meeting.
Good example of why internet sales are becoming a problem!!!

Heard back from them 3 business days after I placed the order to learn that the product I ordered was out of stock. The initial email they sent me was misleading as it read: Call us to confirm order. I called them to hear that the product was out of stock.

Advertise equipment they don't have and don't sell. AFTER you go through all the tedious order entry and credit card info, they send you an e-mail later saying the product has been "oversold" and they are cancelling your order. If it's "oversold" either tell me it's on backorder and send it later, or take it off your damn webpage!!!!

Placed order. After a week received email to call to confirm. Called number indicated. Person who answered did not know why I was instructed to call. He told me I would receive call back in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I received a call, but about someone else's order. Finally talked to someone who said camera out of stock and couldn't guarantee delivery - even in 4 weeks. Cancelled order and placed order elsewhere.

PLACED ORDER - GOT CALL THAT I NEEDED TO PURCHASE SEVERAL ITEMS;SOME NOT INCLUDED IN MFG PACKAGE OR TO BETTER SERVE ME. GOT SHIPMENT 1 DAY LATE WITH SEVERAL ITEMS MISSING. CALLED,TALKED WITH 2 PEOPLE-PROMISED IMMEDIATE SHIPMENT ON MISSING ITEMS BUT SOME I MUST PAY FOR BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE WHICH IS NOT INTENDED FOR SALE IN THE USA.
