I called about the Panasonic PV-DV953. I was told it is in stock. The guy send someone to check, and it was available. I order through their web site. Received a confirmation email. Later I received an email to call them, they asked me if I will buy some accessories. When I said no, they respond that the camcorder is not available and cancel my order.

The WORST service ever seen. After taking my credit card number, after making me wait for several weeks saying my order was ok and almost being shipped they simply said that they would email me when the items I ordered came in. If I didn't like this I must cancel the order. TERRIBLE

Item ordered online ended up not being available. Store contact tried to sell me "package deal" on item at a substantially higher cost. I requested another camera that was a lower pixel/cost and was talked into the "package deal" for that item. I tried to call back to cancel the order a couple hours after it was placed and was told I would have to pay a restock fee. I went ahead and accepted the order. When the camera arrived I saw I paid a $47.50 shipping charge via UPS. I will not do business with this vendor again.

I ordered a Nikon Coolscan 5000ED film scanner from Infinity that supposedly was "in stock" and received an email requesting confirmation of the order. When I called, I was told it would be 6-8 weeks because they were on backorder. I then canceled the order.

I was not satisfied at all with this company. I ordered a camera on a Friday with UPS 2day delivery because I needed it by early the next week, but on Tuesday I get an email from them saying that they needed to confirm the order. When I called back they said that the camera was on a two to three week back order, when the site said it was in stock. I wouldn't recommend them.

In Stock apparently means 5 to 6 weeks on back order, if you ask them.
The Telephone reps are downright RUDE. Not at all forthcoming when it comes to answering queries. They take pleasure in keeping the phone down right in the middle of the questions.
Definitely NOT A PLACE TO SHOP AT. Called to place an order. Thankful that I did not. Just wondering what their service would be like AFTER placing the order.

I placed an online order for a Fujitsu S7010 laptop advertised on their website. I called the store first to confirm if this is in stock, David confirmed this to be in stock. I placed an online order on 6/30 and said item was also in stock. The next day, I got an email asking me to call back to confirm the order. I spoke to David and was told item to be in stock but he was offering me to buy a bag, extended warranty, battery, I declined all offers, he put me on hold and came back to me and told me, the only thing in stock is the one in a package with the extended warranty. This is a perfect example of a switch and bait tactic. Buyers beware.

Horrible service, a phone call with a very rude person for asking me useless information, a the end i prefered to cancel my order, for ordering in another place.

First of all, I have never felt the need to write a review until now...This company falsely claims low prices for the key item ($1,000) and jacks up the prices for batteries, memory and lenses etc...As much as 400%. Then if you place your order for only the $1,000 camera, they say they are out of stock...and that is after you wait a week without receiving the camera and make multiple calls and send multiple emails. I had to call SALES (Yes they answer that phone call) and ask to speak with the manager who informed me that I was an exception and that I should call them to place the order next time....Save yourself the headache, time etc... and pay a couple hundred more...

Tell 10 friends about how this company is bush league! I'll be telling 100!

Please note that for my transaction infinity cameras was using the web name of bestpricecameras. I found that it was infinity via the shipping email I received. So most of the other reviews were right they don't even use their name all the time. The charged extra for a battery in the D70 Nikon kit, the substituted a cheaper sigma zoom lens for the one I ordered. The refused to send a item specific bill. The substituted a cheaper memory card for the high speed I was supposed to get.
NO I WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND HOPE NO ONE ELSE DOES.

Don’t be fooled w/ their prices because You will not get a complete package
These guys try to sell stuff they don’t have. Then while you are waiting to see if they have it in their stock they try to sell accessories for what ever it was that you bought. For example I ordered an Olympus Camedia C-765 camera. They said that it only came w/ a 30 min non-rechargeable battery. It also did not come w/ a charger. All they were selling was the camera basically. I am so glad they did not have it in stock because I canceled my order. Specially after they told me I would have to wait a least 3 to 4 weeks till they would have it in stock. These guys are tricky so make sure you know exactly what you are buying because you might have to shell out more money to get everything which would normally come w/ your product. When you add all that up you might be paying exactly the same as what it is in stores or maybe even more.

Have ordered twice now from Infinity Cameras and am very satisfied with the service and extremely speedy delivery.
Have recommended them to several of my friends.

Ordered a Canon GL2 online for $1399.99 after rebate. When I called to get a tracking number they made me speak to a salesman who tried to sell me accessories. He then said the camera did not come with the usual "in the box" items. They low ball the price and then try to sell you hundreds of dollars worth of cheap accessories. When you go to their regular site - not via epinions - the camera is priced much higher!

Placed my order and was asked to call them. Salesman on the phone tried to sell me over priced extras.

After I declined the extras I was told the camera was out of stock. Total scam. Avoid them like the plague they are!

Very deceptive site and pricing! Lowest price I found on Internet for Nikon 5700. I already knew what the manufacturer included in the "box." Ordered and then received a call to call back to confirm order. It turns out that the price was "body only." Other items normally included plus a few other non-essentials brought the price up by almost $400! I finally checked their site directly and noted that the Nikon 5700 was listed with 3 prices and identical specs for each one! No clue as to what was or was not included the prices. I canceled the order with customer service and received a confirming Email within a few minutes. Next site listed by price offered the camera in a sealed box as supplied from manufacturer for only approximately $30 more. Will be interesting to see what happens with that company.
