Yep, they did it again. I should have looked at the reviews first. The online order looked good. The listing said "in stock." I ordered and received an email confirming the order. A couple of days later they sent me a message to call to confirm the order, and they tried to sell me more stuff. After a week I called to check on my order. It had been cancelled and the sales person said they were back-ordered. They did not contact me to inform of the changes to the order.
Their telephone system needs work. I had to make multiple calls as I would get transferred to voice mails or be put on hold and the system would hang up. And yes, they were rude, but maybe that's just a New York thing.
Yep, it looked like the best price, but it was just a waste of time. Don't waste your time with Infinity.

I feel like a fool as the victim of an Internet scam perpetuated by this "company." They advertised a great price on my camera but added on lots of hefty charges for shipping and accessories normally included in the box, like a battery charger, etc., so it ended up being a really expensive camera. They would not let me cancel my order a couple hours after I placed it (I had had to hang up in the middle of my order due to a screaming toddler and call them back later ), and said when I return it my credit card will be billed for hefty restocking fees, etc.
My salesperson, Mark, was really, really pushy and aggressive. Customer service was rude and unpleasant--in years of dealing with many mail order and Internet companies I have never experienced such a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
They will likely change their name soon so they can keep scamming people...
I will never again order a product without reading reviews first.

Not only did Infinity have the best price, the customer service was outstanding. They delivered my order on time and the product was well packaged. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Horrible, Do Not Do Business With. Bait and Switch Artists. You Will Never Receive Original Order. When I followed up they wanted to sell extended warranty. When I indicated no they said New Toshiba Laptop did not come with a Warranty, Battery or Charger. Those were EXTRA.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I GOT FROM INFINITY CAMERAS, THEY WERE FAST TO GIVE ME SERVICE AND HAD A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHAT WOULD BEST FIT MY NEEDS, MOST OF ALL THE MY ORDER WAS ACCURATE AND SHIPPED TO MY DOOR ON TIME.
Customer serve was satisfactory. I ordered a monitor and needed it shipped to location that fedex doesn't deliver to and it needs to be held at the Fedex office. The handled that for me.

Ordered a TV for 1300, obtained confirmation. Was then asked to reconfirm by phone. Then they try to talk me into warranty plans, stands etc (still o.k.), then when I say no they say they have to check whether the unit is in stock and tell me that unfortunately the unit is not in stock, only one with a warranty for 300 bucks more. This is fraudulent business. They steal my time

They take 3 to 4 days to process order they claim it's in stock, they probably don't stock anything but order your order upon ordering it. They get you to buy more stuff then you need and rip you off maximum. They charge you high on freight claiming they insure their products (at your own expense).
If you shake hands with this supplier, count your fingers.

I called to make sure the price on the website for a Sony 36 XBR is accurate. A busy sale rep told me "the price you see is right." I insisted that he verify the price for me because I was planning to purchase one within days. Sure enough, the website price of $1574 was going for $1699. Arggh! Monkeys.

My shopping experience at infinity Cameras was a disaster. I wanted to buy a printer epson stylus 2200 from them. On the web this product was available and after they received the order confirmation they just told me that this product was out of stock and I have to wait between 6 to 8 weeks. After 5 weeks I wanted to know what was going on with my order and the only answer I received was "I don t know" like if it was moreover my fault. They might have the best price but they are only crooks who would better close their shop!!
Be careful! The company sets some tricks for you. They sell Canon powershot G5 with disposible battaries! It looks cheaper. but you have to pay more for necessary accessaries. But terrible thing is it is not shown on website, only you call them and ask,they will tell you. so never buy things here!
As others have said "These people are crooks". I ordered a Canon z90 Camcorder on 4/23/04, and received a call from Adam on 4/27 to verify my credit card, which I did. He then tried to sell me other items such as a battery which he said did not come with the camera, insisting that they had some kind of special package that included only the camera body. Needless to say in order to get what comes from Canon, I would have to pay as much or more than I could buy the camcorder locally.

This store is beyond unreliable, it is deceptive. I have tried to buy different items there three times because the price is always so low and it says "in stock" on the site. They never have the items, and sometimes take the order without informing you that the items are out of stock. The service reps and managers are rude and unwilling to give any information as to when the shipment with YOUR item may arrive. DO NOT SHOP HERE! It's a nightmare in most conceivable ways. I would be happy to pay a bit more, but know that I'm not being deceived or treated like a fool.
Worest customer service ever!!!! I have never seen worse!! I warn you to stay out of this place. Delievery not on time. Customer representitive is actually very rude and barely answers phone calls. Customer service through email is impossible. I sent three emails I never got a reply for any of them. Don't let the price fool you. The shipping will make up for the low price you see. He charges 130 dollars for a 10 day shippment for a notebook and I still haven't got the notebook after that time. I tried to cancel he claimed to charge me for cancellation. Beware of this store!!!

I placed my order with Infinity online. I got a phone message the next morning from a guy at Infinity camera. I returned the call and the guy asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes. Five hours later, no call. So I called back. I spoke to the same guy again, and he immediately asked if he could call me back in a couple minutes. By the end of the day, still no call back.
So the next morning I called yet again. Fortunately the guy was willing to talk this time; unfortunately, the guy told me that when you order the Nikon Coolpix 8400 from them, it does not come with the Rechargeable Li-ion battery EN-EL7 and the battery charger MH-56 --- items that, everywhere else I look on the web, are standard. From what I've seen on the web, it seems that these items come standard in the box from Nikon. Infinity, however, doesn't include them.... but they'll add them to your order for a significant extra sum.
It is true that their website doesn't specifically say these items are included, but they seem to come standard almost everywhere else. I can't help but suspect that Infinity is attempting to rope people in by posting a web price that is misleadingly low because it excludes things that are supposed to be standard -- and then, once you're on the phone, trying to rope you in for an extra $100-$200. I ended up ordering from Abes of Maine. Read more

I ordered a Canon 20D because my backup camera is down. I ordered ten days before the wedding I had coming up. The monday before my wedding I called to get a tracking number to find out where it was. This is after I payed for 2nd Day shipping and hadnt received it yet. When I called I found out they didnt even have any of the packages I ordered in and would not have any for two weeks. They did not even bother to call to tell me, but they did call to try to sell me more stuff. Now I have to wait two to three weeks for my camera and have no backup. F for poor service Read more

The description for the item on their website does not indicate what items are included. You need to call them personally and ask before they actually tell you that nothiing else by the Camera was included in the advertised price(In my case is the Powershot G6). If you were to add all the accesories with the camera, the price would be higher then normal. I do not know how they can just sell the camera since the manufacture packaging includes all the accessories with the camera. I guess they open up every box before shipping, which in this case makes it a open box item.. or worse, used item. Whatever the case, I see a lot of sites like this one which is all seems to be located somewhere in Brooklyn New York. I now follow the theory of "If it's too good to be true, then most likely it is". I advise you all who read this to do the same. Read more

Camera was purchased as a Christmas present. They asked for "24 to 72 hours to process the order". 4 days later, no communication whatsoever from them. The call center was absolutely horrible. The salesperson was rude, unfriendly and wanted to take adavantage of me. He was telling me that the shipping price was $55 when the website quoted it as $25. When I corrected him and asked him to double check with the website, he did not want to talk to me. It has been 10 days since the purchase. Web site displayed as "IN STOCK" nonetheless I have to call to verify the order after submitted the order from the internet.
