Stay far from this shop. I never find any other more worst.
Nothing works. They never reply to your mail.
You can't know if they exist and if your money payed by credit card will be definitely lost!!!!

I found this site to be real professional, and the saleman were courteous and gave me time to talk to them and they helped me make the right decision.I find that important when buying on the net.Especially when spending a lot of $$ A++

this is my 3rd purchase from the same place, and every order is flawless. No complaints at all. They have my business without a doubt. i do not even consider looking elsewhere!they have excellent prices and a full range of products to choose from.

This shop is an amazing place to get new equipment from--the package came one day late but customer service helped me out with that issue without a question--highly recomend.

everything I ordered came on time.There was a minor issue with one of the items which was handeled by the service department very well.Great doing business with a company like this when you know that you will recieve your merchandise on time and if there is an issue it will not go overlooked.

I am pleased with the price of the product, although I think the web site could have done a little more to explain what exactly came with the product. But all in all it was a good buy, and $50 less the I would have received anywhere else.

They had the best price for the Toshiba M35-S320 notebook computer, however, the web site failed to mention that price was for a REFURBISHED unit. Only after some pointed questioning from the salesman who answered the phone, was I able to pry that information.

This place is a scam. When placing an order be sure to know exactly what to ask for like if you are getting a U.S. version or an import. They will try to upsell you accessories and package it in where it is virtually impossible to figure out what you are paying and it is hard to make returns. They will sell you accessories at Brand name prices and when you get them they are generic and if you would have spent any time at all, which unfortunalty I did not, doing research, you could get them at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. Beware if you plan to shop here.

I received my camera as stated. I bought some accessories and that probably made the receipt more possible. Without extras they have problems. Most of the extras were acceptable but two lenses did not perform up to my expectations and they tried very hard to satisfy my and sent new ones for me to try. None of them worked and they agreed to take them back and credited my according to their return policy, which I believe to be fair. My contacts with people at the store were fine and they did what they said they would do. I love the camera. Would I shop there again???????who knows.

just purchased a d100 from infiniti cameras very helpful in my purchase. they explained how the camera works and all the features work on the camera.. great merchant will buy from them again!!

I saw the bad reviews, but decided to give i a try anyways. 4 days later I finally got an email telling me to confirm my order. I called in, they tried to sell me something, I didn't want it, put me on hold and came back to tell me that the item was on backorder. One week later the item is still listed on their site. Yea nice try, don’t waste your time!

Their "Instock" item is not actually instock. I ordered a Canon Elph S400 on Friday and didn't receive a confirmation email. So on Monday I called them up to make sure everything was ok. They informed me it would take 2 weeks to ship my order as it was not instock. As I needed the camera for my trip I said, "No cancel my order." "You'll receive a email confirming the cancellation." I never received an email so I called again to confirm that my conversation was not imaginary. All in all, not the smoothest experience I've ever had online.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews on this e-store prior to placing my order. Never again! Placed my digital camera order on Dec 4, and almost 4 weeks later still have not received it. Had to "call to confirm" order, and was pushed to buy additional "accessories" (remainder of std contents of box?) as well as "speedier shipping" (ground shipping is already $30). I didn't go for it, and was promised shipping in 7-10 days (website says product is shipped in 24-72 hours). A week later, they hung up on me when I called to check on my order. I was then told the item was on backorder. Checked the price on the website; price had been raised $90. Sniffing an Xmas scam, I called to inquire about placing an order on the same model I'd already ordered..."yes, absolutely they are in stock". Oh okay, then where is my camera that I ordered 2 weeks ago? Almost two weeks later, still no sign of shipping. I cancelled my order. Do not make the same mistakes I did...stay away from infinity cameras! Scam artists looking for suckers.

I ordered a Fuji s5000 camera and Dennis was an excellent help in assisting me. I wasn't sure of the type of camera and he helped me decide. I am very happy. Merry Christmas

I placed an order for the Nikon 4300 four weeks ago. That same day I received an e-mail claiming I should receive the camera within 72 hours. The next day I received a follow up e-mail which requested I call in to complete my order. I called and dialed the extension provided which repeatedly looped back to the beginning. I selected a automated menu option and spoke to someone who said that the camera should be back in stock in two weeks. I called two weeks later during business hours and the recorded response said "Please call back during business hours" When I spoke to someone the next day, She told me "Try waiting another two weeks. Today the third person I spoke to told me (you guessed it) "Try waiting another two weeks" In all this time the website has still not been updated to reflect that item is unavailable. My question is "Is it ethical to advertise and continue to take orders for a product when you apparently have no idea if you will be able to sell it again? Would that be "bait & switch"?
