These people contacted me on the phone one week after I placed my order and tell me that they were out of stock. Once they realized that I was not buying extra accessories they kind of suggested I should cancel the order, wich I did at that point.

Ordering online was a snap. Then I received a phone call six (6) days later to "finalize" my order, which I came to learn meant they wanted me to buy accessories and extended warranties for the camera. The gentleman wasn't pushy or rude, I just thought the call was intrusive and felt as though I had been set up for a telemarketer. If I had wanted any accessories, I would have ordered them while I was on the website. After all was said and done, the camera was shipped eleven (11) days after I placed my order. I did choose to pay extra (a lot extra) to assure delivery before I left on an extended vacation. Although it began at a great price, it didn't end up being such a good deal. I would definately buy from Infinity again, but only if it doesn't matter when I receive the item.

i have placed the order and i am trying to track by sending repeated e mail from the supplier with no luck i am starting to worry that they do not exist and i will never get what i ordered or they will just debit my credit card for something i never received.

Ad wasn't clear what was in the "kit". Merchant called and said all this additional equipment was needed to use the camera, would have pushed the price above what it was in stores. When I called to cancel, they were pushy and rude. I would never buy from this merchant again.

The price at their website was $30.00 higher than that listed at your site, but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. Several days after I got the order confirmation I received an e-mail that said that I had to telephone them in order to verify my order. When I called, I was subjected to high-pressure selling for accessories, and was even told that those that Nikon listed as supplied with the camera were really an extra kit that had to be paid for extra. When I explained that I just wanted the camera as furnished by Nikon for the advertised price, I was told that the camera was no longer in stock and a back-order would probably take several weeks, but I was free to cancel my order, which I did.

The specification of the product is too poor. I almost bought an very incomplete package. This information is only availalabe by phone, not an the web-site. The conversation with the merchant by phone was very unpleasant. After telling the deal was not interesting for me with an incomplete package, the phone was put down inmediately.

The item posted for sale on line was not available at the advertised price. In order to complete the sale I HAD TO purchase two other items at highly inflated prices bringing the really good deal up to nothing but the common street price.
I felt that the advertised shown price was nothing but a bait and switch. Horrible marketing tactic. I am under the impression that showing an item for sale at one price but not actually selling it for that price is illegal.
Horrible sales model, very bad marketing, even worse customer relationship building exercise. VERY dissapointed.

Unfortunately, a typical story of listing an item at a low price, while also knowing it is not in stock [but of course the web site continues to clain it is still in stock], plus another typical practice of requiring a phone call to try to bully the customer into buying expensive extras beyond the internet purchase. Classic example of diliberately listing unreliable and misleading information on the website.

I placed the order. I asked for confirmation of the order by email. They said to call them. I called them (had to wait 20 minutes) and they said their system was down and they would call back. They never called back. I called again and finally after a long wait got through. They then said they were out of stock of the item and the order was cancelled. Why couldn't they have said that in the email?
