There website is screwed up! They estimated postage at $24.95 for a small box of hearing aid batteries. This was for USPS 3 to 7 day delivery within the same US state. Needless to say, I went to another site to place my order.

My experience with this merchant was good. The delivery speed was excellent. I had a problem with the order accuracy. They sent the incorrect quantity of the item I ordered. When I called customer service, they were very friendly and apologetic and quick to resolve the problem. There was a logical explanation for the problem, and they clearly explained what had happened. They quickly shipped the original quantity I had ordered, and let me keep the extras that had shipped earlier free of charge. Very hard to find good service like this these days! Although the transaction had a problem along the way, it was quickly resolved and I was highly satisfied with the way this merchant handled the problem.

Just recently ordered 4 boxes of hearing aid batteries from this company. The order was effortless, and it came quickly and without fuss. As I am in Canada, it is worth noting that they were sensitive to Canadian regulations, and helped me avoid duties. I am extremely satisfied.

I have purchased 2 packages of batteries 3 months ago I have immediately paid them and today I have not received the packages, after some emails of excuses they don't even answer me more.
I have lost the money with them.

I ordered an item Nov 20 in hopes of getting it before Christmas so I could give it to my dad. On Dec 2 I started sending emails asking where my order was....3 emails later I still havne't heard and its now Dec 20. Looks like I won't get the item for the holiday.

I purchased a motorcycle battery from them.  THOUGHT I was saving money by buying it from them.  Battery came defective and when I sent it back to them they have the nerve to tell me that it was not the battery that I sent to them.  I have never had anything like this happen in my life!!!  I am left with no recourse except to slam them all over the internet and go to the Better Business Burea.

DO NOT BUY A BATTERY FROM THEM.  IF YOU MUST GO BUY A BATTERY ONLINE...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

I tried their sampler package of hearing aid batteries from 8 different manufactures. It gave me the ability to determine which brand was best for my hearing aids. I was surprised to find that the highest cost battery did not have the longest life.

I suggest that anyone who uses hearing aid batteries purchase their Trial Test Pack to determine for themselves which brand is best for their individual case.

Easy to order over the Internet or by phone and took me 5 days to receive my order by the cheapest delivery. I will continue to use their services.
