I love the cell phone skins and CellularOutfitter.com has a nice selection. We have four people with 3 different phones and there was some accesories for them all. It was easy to move around their website and their "search" was excellent.

The battery I needed was in stock, was received on time, and works well. The price was great - half of what my cellular service provider would have charged me for the same battery (if my service provider had it in stock - which they didn't).

I ordered $43 of merchindise two weeks ago and have not received the order or have I received a confirmation that it has been shipped. I have contacted them twice and they responded once with the order was shipped. I will never do business with them again. Also I cannot find a phone number to contact them in person, only an email address.

They sent me a notification that they had mailed the item to an address that does not recieve mail. I immediately emailed them to ask them to add a 4 digit postal code to the zip code. I then googled a phone number that went to a voicemail. The next day someone emailed me again in response to the call confirming that they mailed the item to an address that does not recieve mail. That was a week ago. I should have recieved the item by Monday, based on when and from where the item was mailed, and haven't recieved it. In checking with the post office, it isn't there. My phone has almost no battery life, which is creating a big problem for me. There is obviously no human to speak to about this. And who knows when I will get what I ordered. Since I knew immediately of the problem, informed them and got an autogenerated response that did not address the problem, it has left me wanting to find an alternative source for these items.

I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE MY PHONE CASE TORE JUST TWO DAYS AFTER I RECEIVED IT AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A NEW ONE , I WAS ALSO DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAD TO SEND THREE EMAILS IN ORDER TO GET A RESPONSE FOR A RMA NUMBER !!
