What a great company to deal with! You receive your order quickly & your order is filled correctly. The items arrive in perfect condition too. They have many unique items not found elsewhere & they are very nice people to do business with. I've order several times & have never had to contact their customer service since there has never been a problem!

I've used their products for trips to Europe & Disney World, and for baseball & football outings as well. Their delivery service is fast, and my order is always accurate. Customer Service is fabulous whenever I have a question, and they even send e-mails when they have clearance specials. ScrapYourTrip is my favorite site on the web!

I found Scrap Your Trip accidentally, but I'm so glad I found it! They have most of the travel items I can't find anywhere else. Ordering is easy and their customer service can't be beat. I would highly recommend them, in fact, already have. I plan to purchase more items from them in the future. They are very helpful and I even received a hand written thank you note! How many people can say that about another business they've worked with?

I love the varied selection. I have ordered for my retired Air Force spouse, my Marine son, my ballerina/dance studio owner daughter, our in country travels and our recent Great Britain adventure. I have never been disappointed. One of my orders was missing a small item. I e-mailed and almost immediately received an apology and the item was sent out the same day. I did not expect that! The main reason I will continue to order from Scrap Your Trip is because of the customer service. I have ordered from many mail-order and on-line services and never have I felt as though my needs were important until I placed my first order with them. On each invoice, there is a smiley face and a personal note. They even sent a personalized Christmas note. I don't get that kind of service from our local scrapbook stores. I find myself looking forward to the e-mails telling about new items, sale or special promotions. And, I almost always find a "must have".
