    Pros: There are none - satin is too shiny and the product is crap.
    Cons: May not dry, must be stripped.  Huge problems with this product.

    Summary: CAUTION!  I painted this on an entire living room floor and it never dried!!!The company did NOTHING for me except to say that I needed to strip the floor and resand the whole thing back down to bare wood.  Spend more and get a good product - ... read more

    Pros: It was easy to apply, dried relatively quickly, and looks great.
    Cons: Fumes are bad, use respirator and safety goggles.
