Pros: Great picture quality and a variety of adjustable settings. Makes computing or websurfing a blast.
Cons: No NTSC tuner. No built-in speakers. It's not very convenient for normal tv viewing.

Cons: High pitched noise turns off by itself authorized service center power supply problem $450

About 6 months after the warranty was up (1 1/2 years after purchase) it started making high pitched sound when turned on and it would either take a long time to come on or shut off immediately. We had to turn it off and on a few times in the hopes of getting it to work. We took it to an authorized service for repair and was told it is the Power Supply. Actually he told us that over the phone before even looking at the unit. We are being charged $450.00 to have it repaired (not a new power supply but a repaired unit with only a 3 month warranty). Via other reviews for similar Panasonic Plasmas this is a repetitive problem that panasonic has not addressed. They should compensate for this issue based on the number of reviews I've read. It is also near impossible to speak to someone from Panasonic about this they seem to have very poor customer service. Will not buy another Panasonic.
