Hard to read, harder to use!

Pros: None
Cons: Never worked even after multiple customer service calls. Terrible user interface.
I have yet to get my Prismiq media player working. I installed the software, turned off my firewall software, and jumped through all of the hoops the Prismiq tech support tried, but it has never worked. My Prismiq has never been able to see my PC and ...
